Review 1：Toilet flush broken the first day. The staff is nice and wants to help but they don't have a clue about running a five star hotel.
Review 2：Nice pool. I was stopped in the lift twice. Hot water every other hour only.
Review 3：The receptionist took about 30 seconds to finish me off for the welcome. I had to come back multiple times to ask about things that were not clear. The WiFi in my room didn't work, after beeing told to try again, it worked very badly. Then I was told that there are known problems and the only option would be to change my room. After the room change, the new new keycard did not work. Next, the minibar in the new room was locked. For all this trouble and the waste of time, there was not even a simple excuse. I fellt like beeing treated as a nuisance. No one except the receiptionist speaks english and apart from that I found staff was very unfriendly. Then, the only way to the pool is walking with your bathing suit through the middle of the restaurant, full of well dressed people. At the pool I once waited at the desk for a towel, told the lady in the service area three times, but no one came. The worst joke was the fitness room, which is an empty room with 3 cardio devices and one butterfly. Breakfast was rather minimal, in a 4-star hotel in Santiago the variety was actually bigger. During checkout I had to wait in a queue, then the printer didn't work, and, surprise, I was not even asked if I had a pleasant stay. In summary, do not expect 5-stars or value for your money. The only thing about this place is the good location. Personally, I will never go there again and regret to have booked this hotel.
