Review 1：Not all the receptionists were attentive and helpful. One wouldn't assist us with obtaining a bus ticket. He told us to get it ourselves at the terminal which was 18km away.

Review 3：The receptionist was very unpolite and tried to offer a more expensive room than available via Booking.com. Storage of luggage was not possible in a safe way.

Review 4：Location is a bit far from the center, specially when you can't swim in the water because of sharks. They charged additional for superior room which was lame as the room was actually smaller than the standard ones. Apparently its in the new wing, I suggest go for the room with pool view in old wing (202) that was the biggest.

Review 6：Excellent property. Very clean and modern. Superb staff, with several who speak English. Owners who really care about guests. Great breakfast buffet, and very good food for lunch and dinner. Fantastic oceanfront view. Great pool. A safe in room for excellent security. Computer in the lobby to check InterNet. Music club nearby with great live Brazilian music.

Review 14：Nice little hotel with a great big scam. We booked a deluxe room with asea view. When we got there we were put in a room with no view. When wepointed this out we were told there were no deluxe rooms w/ viewremaining but we could have a superior room with a view for 150$r more.I went online to check and they were no longer offering deluxe rooms,just superior. I pointed this out and received a smile and a shrug. Icalled Booking.com and they sorted out the issue and we got our seaview. Well done Booking.com.Not very close to the sights of Olinda.

Review 15：Very nice hotel right on the seaside. Large comfortable rooms with someoverlooking the ocean. Clean pool and several restobars in the area.Great boardwalk in front of the hotel. Short taxi ride to the beachesnorth of Olinda. Close to banks and supermercado.

Review 16：Room ( double room) is a bit crammed, dark and narrow corridors, a little like maze, a bit overrated as a 3- star hotel.
