The Jagoda villas are built in a Finnish style; some of them have their own sauna. The Malina villas have 2 floors and are built in a Polish mountain style.
Each villa has a living room with soft furniture and a TV, a bedroom, a bathroom as well as a kitchen with all necessary equipment. There are also terraces with benches.
The complex provides volleyball, basketball and soccer sports grounds as well as ping-pong and playgrounds for children.

Review 1：The appartment stunk of smoke, we had a lot of trouble communicating with staff. The restaurant was very very disappointing. I was told it was closed an hour early and service was slow. Very Low quality. Breakfast was okay but not included. There isn't a shuttle as advertised. It's cool with a group of mates but be prepared to be frustrated and annoyed by many small faults. The bathroom floor was always wet too as there was no shower base.
Review 2：It's a pretty location, but it's at least a 30 minute walk or 10 lev taxi in to town. The heaters are efficient and you will be warm
Review 3：Lack of internet in the villas. Only available wifi is in the restaurant, which is open till 10.30 or 11pm. However at 9pm we were told the restaurant will be closing soon as there were no other customers... and when we asked where else we could use internet we were told by the waitress we could go sit on a bench outside the restaurant!!! (in the cold.) We did however stay for one more hour (till 10pm) and were not reminded again we should leave. One more issue in the restaurant was that we could not pay by card - we were told by the waitress that we should have warned her ahead of time we would be paying by card (if that's the case, shouldn't she be the one warning us?)

Review 5：Just the stairs for second floor are a little bit hard for climbing. It could be difficult for a small children to climb up, but there is a bed on the first floor, too.
Review 6：Great place for relax in the winter and for the summer, too. Small and romantic cabins in a pine-tree forest. It was hot and clean inside.

Review 9：The staircase leading to the bedrooms is very steep and narrow. Going to the toilet downstairs in the middle of the night with the lights out is more challenging than it ought to be :)
Review 10：Perfect location in a pine tree forest, very relaxing. It's the perfect accommodation type for traveling in a small group. The living room area downstairs is a nice place to hang out together.
Review 11：In the The heart of beautiful pine wood, great for walks and picnics. Nice and friendly staff, clean, very good traditional cuisine. 30min walking distance from the center of Borovets.
Review 12：When you enter the villa (Jagoda) you enter directly in the bedroom/living/dining room - one single, small place - bedroom No.1 (with a small kitchen on the right). There's another 'room' (I would say 2x4 meters at most) for KIDS! With two small beds one over another....that's the whole 'villa'.. You have to be cautious when you're booking a villa for 4 mature people...it could not be enough and comfortable at all.

Review 24：Oh where should I start from... First the carpets were in an awful condition, you can't walk on them without your shoes on. The light in the kitchen is very very poor. The bathroom door was broken. Other groups were drunk and shouting all night and there was no one to control that. However those are minor problems we have had. The price of the hotel is 85 levas which is aprox. 43-4 euros. They charged us 63. The additional bed is 5 euros per day, they charged us 20. The breakfast is 2 euros per day, they charge 4. They refused us to give our payment documents until check out, so we paid and then we saw all these additional charges. The receptionist had 0 knowledge or will to help us, the manager asked us to wait until monday to come and help us, which of course was impossible. We have been corporate clients of this hotel with organizing team buildings there, but we will never do that again. Thankfully booking.com are assisting on that ridiculous matter.

Review 26：They have been not maintained at all though, which is a huge shame, sothey come up with all kinds of problems--stains, leaking water taps, oldsheets and they seem dirty because of the carpet--people can walk inwith their snow boots. We knew all that, and we went anyways-we couldntresist their outer looks.
Review 27：The villas are just paradise for the eyes. They are gorgeous woodenhouses, hidden in trees, and we stayed there just for that. Verycharming, ideal for a ski trip.
