Review 1：When deciding to stay an extra day, no room service was done. Only handed fresh bath towels at door. No replacement of coffee, coffee cups, water glasses, washrags or hand towels and ran out of toilet paper. no other rolll was left in room

Review 3：Nice place, clean and brand new toilet . I was to have access to high speed Wifi after 8 days camping . Staffs were very polite and nice . I was there with my husband and my 6 years old son . I highly recommend this place.
Review 4：I liked my night there and would stay again. The staff was very helpfuland friendly. The kitchenette area in the room was a tiny bit shabby.Could have used a little tlc. I felt that there was something about theclean bedding that made me wanting to scratch. I think it may have beenthe detergent used. I have noticed this in another hotel in Cranbrook,bc. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.
Review 5：We got there, having booked on booking.com, and they did not actually have our room, but they could sell us a more expensive one. No explaination, just that they had sold the room we reserved.

Review 7：The manager was very pleasant and helpful even making a hot chocolate for our grandson. We all slept well. It was clean and quiet, unpretentious and great for our overnight stop.

Review 12：The smell of smoke. At first I thought it was the room that smelt like smoke but than after coming back from being out and having the windows closed I reallized the smoke smell was from the outside (they have places for all the smokers to put there used cigarettes. Also windows are very old so it would be very easy for anyone to break into the suite. That's why they need insuite vaults so you have somewhere to put your valueables.

Review 14：Owner seemed really nice with his "yes mam, no mam" until you asked about the price and condition of the room. Then he was very aggressive and intimidating. When I released a frustrated guffaw, after he went on and on about doing their best to keep the room clean, etc. he yelled at me that I was laughing and he wouldn't give me a room and that he " could see in my brain I would complain!" Due to road closure and fatigue and having to grovel to keep the room I booked a month earlier, I stayed, but it was a very distressing experience and a very unsatisfactory room.

Review 18：Adequate for our needs. Hope town was really pleasant and that alone made our stay worthwhile, it also has history, as Rambo "first blood" was part filmed here, also the wood sculptures worth looking at.
Review 19：Very close to the highway - constant traffic noise. Choice of places to eat limited in the area. Not really suitable for families; so-called family room not the best we encountered.

Review 21：Old building with minimal improvements and amenities. Cleaning staff running around with bare feet in between smokes. Looks like there are permanent residents. Had to run the gaunlet of smoke leaving our room. The attendant at the front desk with very broken english tried to put us into a double instead of a queen (which I had booked) for extra fees and then complained about the booking service I used. Won't be going back! Oh; and by the way, the windows would not lock.

Review 24：I was there for a funeral for a very good friend who was known by all in the town of around 6000 people. They were very welcoming and truly sad for the reason I was there. We were rescue member together since 1980 and have saved around 3000 lives in that time with the jaws of life. I was on the honor guard and a paul berrer I also wrote while staying at this motel the uligy, undesterbed I might add. I had to pick up the family and drive them to the funeral and the staff gave me three new boxes of tissue to put in my vehicle for them. It may be an old building like all of them in that town but the service was five star plus. I would stay there again and recommend it to all.
Review 25：Some aspects of the decor (especially windows/drapes) and the TV are dated. Area with air conditioner and kitchenette needs a light/lamp. Shower head is a bit too low (okay if you're shorter than 5'4"). Garbage bin needs a liner; maybe could use an extra bin as well.
Review 26：Within walking distance of supermarket and restaurants. Ample parking. Generally clean room. Very comfortable bed. Newly renovated bathroom sink. Effective air conditioning. Easy check-in/check-out.

Review 29：Carpet although clean had many stains - some tar based. No coffee - had a couple of tea choices. Could not hang clothes up, hangers 18" above the microwave and coffee maker. Windows very old, single pane aluminum frame, no screen. Could not lock windows, had to jam nail clippers under them so we could feel safe leaving the room.
