Review 1：Sheets very old , almost rotten with holes , old and dirty carpet in the room strong smell of air freshener to cover the smell and old . Breakfast poorly , we did not dare to try ham, fresh milk was sour, old toast, bread mold. I took photos of everything and I will publish them on the site. Price of four stars to offer a star only. Sin. Sin. Sin.

Review 3：No bad experience except that choice of channels limited for Brits and hard to find. Breakfast buffet is big but not what Brits are used to eating early in the morning. However, the hotel caters for many Bulgarians so not a complaint. When in Bulgaria etc....

Review 4：It is a lovely traditional Bulgarian hotel. Very modern lift and good bathroom with shower. Soap comes in dispensers in sink and shower.

Review 5：The breakfast was a huge disappointment, really poor. They had toast bread but no toaster. I didn't really like the selection they gave: no meat whatsoever, no decent pastry, they didn't even have butter, but margarine.

Review 27：Location is great, hotel looks nice and fancy only from outside and the elevator and the receptions desk. Rooms have very old furniture, on the bed sheets i had big hole on my pillow cover and some staines, they called the first morning of my stay to ask me if i need my room to be cleaned and sheets to be exchanged and that was it for my whole stay nobody bother any more:))) and i paid for the presidential suite. If you are on a business trip or you need to stay connected with your family dont count on the wireless internet at this place, if you are lucky enough to get signal than you have to wait minutes to open just one web site:) viber and skype are simply luxury:)))))

Review 30：- The rooms don't have AC just ventilation so in order to sleep we had to open the windows to make the room temperature bearable. The hotel is situated on Veliko's main road that is very busy, needless to say we got little to no sleep. Also the beds were uncomfy for us because of the strings, but that might be just us. - The breakfast is a joke: bread, muesli, yogurt, milk, some kind of pastry that was too salty, butter, jam (if you went and asked for it at the reception), processed cheese, some cold mini hot dogs, a few olives and some fresh cucumbers.

Review 34：Everything! It is a newly built hotel (3 years old) and very modern. If you would like to have the best room, book the one right above the main entrance. It has a balcony and a beautiful view, very quiet as well.

Review 35：The room was dirty. Dust everywhere and every window and every corner had spider webs. And the spiders were there. I mean c'mon! We are not in grandma's attic! The terrace was dirty. The table dirty as well. The linen was stained and the beds were uncomfortable. Especially the couch. There is no door separating the rooms though in the description they claim the rooms are separated. Breakfast is extremely poor and bad quality. I cannot talk about the other rooms but the top floor suite is a hoax.

After booking room noticed a disclaimer on free parking, only if spaces available. They have eight spaces. Not too much problem, can park on streets.

Review 80：The bed wasn't very comfortable, too soft, and the second bed the mattress wasn't thick enough, kind of backache the day after a night. The jacuzzi was relaxing, but not all the functionality worked and the pipes wasn't very clean... what a shame

Review 81：I liked the ambiance of the hôtel, very old fashioned but this is the style of Real Hôtel! The room was very clean and quiet. We had a suite for 4 people, with a balcony really great. The bathroom is very huge, with a shower & a jacuzzi!! The hotel isn't far from Tsarevets and the old town and there is restaurants very nice when you cross the street. The breakfast was nice, not enough continental may be (bread, jam, orange juice were missing...) but still good, with homemade pancakes and banitsa. We all enjoyed our stay here.
