Review 1：No facility to make a hot drink. Avoid having a shared bathroom, because it obviously caused issues. You do have to walk past a strip club and some bars to reach the hotel. That wasn't an issue for us.

Review 2：Located a short walk from the Alt Stadt and a 15 minute walk from the railway station. Our double room was large with a huge bathroom.

Review 5：Check out time is from 16.00. But they closed the building altogether before 16.00. I arrived at 15.30 only to find a paper that written "check in from 16.00" sticked in the door. No phone number, no nothing. I live in Swiss, so I hv phone and internet at hand. I called them and they said they will come earlier to open the door. I can't imagine somebody who doesnt hv phone nor internet handy, then all they can do is to wait by the door. Very unthoughtful. Not recommendable for those who mean to come early, put the luggage first, going somewhere else and check in later on.

Review 6：Although the exterior and the receptionist room are not too appealing, but the room is Spacious and clean.

Review 7：No evening meal or breakfast facilities. On the last morning when I went to check out at 08.10 there were no staff around. Reception was locked so had to exit with no chance of getting back in. Left key outside in letter box.

Review 23：I asked for non smoking room but couldn't open my windows as the outdoor smoking was above them and filled the room with cigarette smoke. I would have preferred 'nets on the window so as I didn't always have to close the drapes during the day as they looked straight into offices which people even from the street could see in. The evening Café staff/manager was a very immature ego centric young lady who acted very fed up and intolerant of my asking for another beer please at 8.45pm when they are open till midnight and acted very annoyed I had interrupted her circle of friends. Disappointing. I would have recommended apart from this incident with staff as don't want people to experience this.

Review 24：I loved my spacious very clean room. I did ask for non smoking. I liked that we had a secure separate entrance and exit from the Restaurant. Lovely bright coloured bedding. The owner allowed me to park after I had checked out so I could go on a Gondola ride which is fabulous and just across the road. The checking in receptionist/manager was very helpful and cheerful

Review 25：It is next to the red light district that you have to go past everytime. It is in a seedy area. tattoo parlour, sex shop, topless dancers and and obvious red lights within 2 minutes. Noisy main road adjacent. Drinkers talking outside into the early hours. A rough dive, welcoming bikers. With no lift not easy if you have heavy cases. It does not deserve a hotel grading, more like a pub with converted rooms. Avoid at all costs, pay more and stay at the ABC or Post.

Review 51：Don't be put off by first impressions. The bathroom was really good, large ,clean and well turned out. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. What more do you need? It's situated a short walk (2 mins?) from the lovely old town and the train stop (not a station, looks more like a bus stop) for Arosa which is a good trip.

Review 52：The room smelled just like the entrance hall, smoked, although I'd written I wanted a no-smoking room. The shower was broken and because of this, the bathroom got flooded when taking a shower. The "fresh" towel had some stains on it.

Review 59：It is under renovation with no sign whatsoever and we had a hard time finding it. A temporary sign would be nice. Staff was friendly but it's pretty self-service. There was no one in the reception room when we left early the next morning. No key drop so we have to leave it in the room. It also has a trace of cigarette smell from the bar below.
