Review 1：Spa centre was impossible to use. Pool area was 22 Degree Celsius, water in the pool was freezing.In the relaxation room was absolutely impossible to enter- freezing, with temperature no more than 15C, with bad smell and no music! You can hurt in front of the sauna-fool with water, slippery floor, no maintenance. So telling that there is a spa is absolutely deceitful. In the rooms furniture were very old, mattress-so cheep and hard, that sleeping on it was nightmare. In the middle of the night I had to ask for new pillow- mine was big and firm as decoration pillow, and when I saw below the covering bag -there were drops of blood on it! And it was so expensive, that you better forgot that hotel! For the food - I am speechless!!!!

Review 3：Although there are many good things to say about this hotel - particularly in relation to the staff, there were several areas that could and should be improved.There were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room, which meant going down to the restaurant for a coffee first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Although we requested a kettle - we were informed that due to hotel rules - they were not allowed in the room. Excellent views from the balcony but a very small/cramped bathroom for an executive suite. The deal included breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was adequate but a little tired looking. Evening meal was buffet style and very poor in both presentation and quality. Considering Bulgaria is renowned for its incredible food and wine - this hotel did not do it justice. We ate in local restaurants in Borovets and in Samakov where there are outstanding traditional restaurants serving fabulous food at incredibly reasonable prices.

Review 4：The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel room was warm and comfortable. The head waiter 'Ross' was a superb ambassador for the hotel, doing everything possible to assist with our dining experience. However, he did not cook the food - more's the pity as he may have done a better job than the chef.

Review 9：The junior suite( 6th floor) was really spacious and with a great view of the mountain. The spa center was also nice,although it is kind of small.The pool was rather small but warm. The lobby bar was ok, the restaurant had great wine list and everything on the menu was relatively cheap.

Review 10：we were very dissapointed, because when we arrived we found out that the swimming pool was not working and nobody from the staff has informed us about that. It was not mentioned anywhere even on the web site of the hotel and still it was presented as a spa hotel with an indoor swimming pool. I will not reccomend this hotel to anyone and this was our last time staying there.

Review 11：We weren't notified that the pool and the sauna were closed during our stay. When we arrived they told us that the pool was temporarily closed but we could use a nearby hotel`s pool. We had to go by car to the other hotel, were we could use only the pool and then turn back to our hotel to use the other facilities from the spa center. It turned out that sauna didn't work either. I don`t think the hotel should charge full price in that case, but they did. The rooms were not cleaned every day, disturbing for 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was poor and looked like it was there for couple of days. The overall impression of the hotel is cost saving аt the expense of quality.

Also, towels and the bathrobes which we used in the spa where not changed and it would have been nice to have them dry daily.

Review 24：the hotel is new modern and clean, in a very nice location in the trees, the facilities are great, there is a parking, playgrounds both inside the hotel and in the parking, the spa is great, clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The stuff are very pleasant and helpfull. One day we forgot the do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning lady did not get in, and when we asked them to send someone they did right away although it was 8 at the afternoon. For a our three days stay the room wasn't cleaned even once. The road to the hotel is in horrible condition and you have to walk a considerable distance on foot if you want to reach Borovets. Breakfast was far from what you should expect from a 4* hotel

Review 43：The images looked very good, unfortunately the reality was disappointing. The position is very far from the main attractions of Borovets, The bathroom smelled very bad and quite dirty. The worst thing is the breakfast, cheapest food I've ever seen in a hotel. In our opinion, it should be degraded to a 3 star, couldn't imagine how it could be a 5*. Instead of a matrimonial bed you receive 2 single beds side by side. Would not recommend Borovets during the autumn, when the lifts are closed.

Review 45：The hotel does not meet the criteria for a four star. The shower is above the bath and a grown person can not take shower without hitting his head in the ceiling. There is no hair dryer in the room. You have to go to reception and ask for one. The furniture looks like it is used for many years. The mini bar was empty.

Review 55：The Staff is very pleasant, the Hotel is clean, all comforts are minimalistic It is not very close to the center, we had a car, but it is about 30-40 min by foot. The road is not in good condition and there are no lights on it actually, so not so comfortable to walk with the stroller after darkness. The breakfast is ok, the pool is nice and sauna is nice, thought they closing the pool around 20, so you can't enter in the evening.

Review 71：Perhaps because we were with a dog or I don't know why but the room was kind of old and ruined - hole at the door, the textile of the furniture was worn out, spots on the carpet. But it has been a beatuiful appartment wen it was new. When we entered the room it turned out that the toilet hasn't been cleaned:) We've forgot something in the hotel and they didn't call us to tell us. After few days we had to call and the receptionist triggered an investigation and the thing was returned back to us.
