Review 1：The food was very good but as it was late in the season I thought the menu a little unadventurous.

Review 2：I stayed as I was driving on the circuit. The location is ideal. The facilities are functional and of very high quality, so ideal.

Review 3：Restaurant was not fully staffed. Could take only 1/3 occupancy for dinner. Could not be seated although the restaurant was virtually empty.

Review 6：I could see a sliver of the track from my balcony and could hear the engines as cars came through La Source and Eau Rouge! Clean and modern hotel with underground secured parking for my track car. Restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Review 11：Reception staff could have been a little more friendly and efficient. Noone was rude but the desk was not being manned either on our arrival or our checkout and we had to wait to be served on both occasions. Breakfast was fine but supplies could have been monitored and replenished more carefully. Water had run out when I went to pour a glass and there was no one on the restaurant floor for some time to ask for a topup. These details won't stop me from staying again but management could easily sort out these small matters to ensure fully satisfied customers!

Review 12：Comfortable room and bed. We were travelling with our baby and were provided with a good cot and extra towels for the baby (not evrywhere seems to do the latter). Well equipped bathroom also suited baby's needs. My husband enjoyed the pool table in the bar area and we had a good meal in the restaurant. The manager and staff were very accommodating about having a young baby in the restaurant throughout the meal. We used the hotel as an overnight stopover on the way to France rather than to visit the race track, which is obviously the main reason for its existence, but we'll certainly stopover here again.

Review 13：the receptionist was extremely rude and not welcoming, despite my request for a room on upper floor i was first given a dark street level room next to carpark walkway which is unacceptable given the expensive room rate, got another room only after badly complaining, the wifi is too slow and disruptive to be properly used even for smartphone, the bathroom towels were stained, bathroom tiles not properly cleaned, overall this hotel rather qualifies as countryside motel catering to motorsports tour groups visiting the next door car racetrack, overrated on booking.com as general tourist or business hotel

Review 23：First room smelt of drains and the air conditioning did not work. Staff were informed the following morning and it was supposed to be to rectified immediately. Only after a second complaint later in the afternoon when nothing had been done that we were given a new room. There was still no control over room temperature, but at least the room did not smell. No explanation or apology at check out.

Review 25：This was a once in a lifetime trip for me and a few friends so we decided to treat ourselves and stay at a high end hotel; it was my first time staying at a "posh" hotel and I have to say I've had more smiles and better service in £25 per night b&bs. I will be fair and say that the majority of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful but one member of staff was particularly rude when we checked out (sort of threw the card machine at us, mumbling under her breath, no chit chat or eye contact, pushed the invoice at us then walked off) which I must say soured the whole experience for us. This isn't acceptable at any hotel never mind one that costs in excess of £100 per night in March. As a result of this I will be extremely unlikely to stay again should I return to the area. The only other thing I noticed (not that I have unreasonably high standards) but all the windows in the hotel were very dirty and streaky and in need of a good clean other than that the place was immaculate.

Review 26：Location was ideal, rooms were large and nicely decorated and the bed was enormous! Fantastic sized bath and a nice view from the window. Lovely lobby area.

Review 27：on our second morning had to be up early had no electricity what so ever had to shower and dress in the complete darkness also NO hot breakfast because of this The hotel had no generated power what so ever and looked gone out at me when i ask for discount and none was given not pleased at all

Review 29：Room sevice... Had to cancel after 2 reminder calls (answers: we are busy...) and 1:30' waiting. Then moved back to the bar for a basic cheese plate, another 30 min.... And I don't speak about the rest.

Review 30：The staff especially, the female members, were at best miserable at worse rude. When I arrived I introduced myself and handed over my credit card and passport...the receptionist snapped back "I know who you are"! What a lovely welcome after a six hour drive to get there!

Review 33：The rooms and bathrooms were just excellent - plain but very high quality. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I stay there around twice per year so must be happy with it. The menu in the restaurant is limited but the food is good and the breakfast buffet is great.

Review 34：The hotel is near the track. But there is no view of it (inside or outside the hotel) . You can see kirb stones of one corner (after a short walk to the upper most corner of a patch of grass at the side of the hotel) but no track or cars on driving days. Bitterly dissappointed!

Review 35：The hotel was clean and the breakfast had a large selection. Most staff were good despite having to wait 20mins in an empty lobby when we first arrived. Belgium was beautiful and Spa was fun for the track but if I went back I would definitely stay in Bruges at Charlie Rockets!

Review 44：I booked in February 3 rooms. I cancelled 1 room 1 week ago. I arrived and was given the disabled room (timer drip shower, no shelves for toiletries etc..) without an apology. I had requested rooms with bath and they told me the hotel was full when I requested by original booking. Not impressed.

Review 48：The food in the restaurant is very good, although the same can't be said about the service. I don't think 55 minutes between courses is acceptable! Or the head waiters excuse, after we left the restaurant fed up with waiting, of "We have a big table to serve". Interestingly, on Sunday evening when he wasn't on duty, but the same number of guests were in, the service by his staff was much, much, better.

Review 49：My work took me to the race track, which is a short walk from the hotel, as long as you have the right passes for that gate. We did. The aircon is the beat I have experienced, the rooms nice and the outside seating area great on a nice day. The food is also very good * See also what I didn't like.

Review 92：It may be a stone's throw from a circuit entrance but do confirm which entrance you'll be using as they are literally miles apart! Small point in a good review but worth noting.

Parking is not free during races at the Francorshamps racetrack. Guests are kindly requested to note that there are different cancellation policies during racing days as well.
