Review 1：Hotel is about 4km from Varna. Location looked more like an industrail estate, Unfortunately it rained so the walk down to the hotel from the road was pure mud. Parking was available but it was not paved or stoned so thick mud everywhere. No water drainage on the balcony so could not go outside. Could not connect to WIFI. I assume summer time would be ok and a nice walk into Varna

Review 2：Hotel was fine clean, food was good, staff friendly.

Review 3：Catastrophic parking. There is enough room but it's basically a stony crater, only suitable for very robust cars. For Europeans, the hotel is very hard to find. It's not on a road and not signposted. There are huge stairs leading to reception and there is no railing, so access for older or mobility-impaired people is difficult.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly, the view from the room was nice (the sea). As it's not on the road, the rooms are pretty quiet. It seems to be a family hotel, so you always see the same faces. We would come back!

Review 5：The closest beach (about 1 km) was not very nice. Occasionally there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the drains. The bed and pillows were a bit too hard to my taste.

Review 6：This is a small family-run hotel, the staff were very friendly. Fresh breakfast at the restaurant was good and an ok restaurant for lunch/dinner as well. The pool area was nice and well kept. Buses to Varna centre run every 10 minutes or so and the bus stop is really close.

Review 7：The room was noisy, close to the main road. Being summer and very hot at nights, we had to sleep with windows open and the traffic noise was hard to stand. Even though we mentioned we had 2 small kids, we were given the apartment at 4th floor with no elevator in the hotel. The pool could have been cleaner and the parking space was very...wild and steep. The bathroom was the worst part - no shower cabin, when we took a shower the whole bathroom was flooded, it smelled funny and it was not cleaned at all during our 4 nights stay.

Review 8：The apartment was nice, spacious with a good view to the sea. The breakfast was good even though you only had the same options each day, it was enough for 4 mornings. The pool was ok and people kind even though hard to communicate with. The hotel is conveniently located.

Review 11：The staff were rude and unhelpful immediately upon arrival. This did not improve when we asked for our room to be cleaned, during restaurant service or when checking out. The cleanliness and hygiene was the worst I have experienced in any hotel (or hostel for that matter!). There were dead flies and lizards on the floors and windowsills. The towels felt unwashed and the bedding felt damp, despite it being hot weather outside. The room smelt as though someone had used the toilet when we arrived and this smell got worse. The drain was open and when we showered it caused a foul smell to fill the room. The water did not go down the drain and in the morning there were bugs wriggling in the water that had apparently come up from the drain. I asked for the room to be cleaned because of this problem...the cleaner literally emptied the bin and dried the floor. The restaurant food and service was poor and again unhygienic. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7.30 but she did not arrive until 8...unhelpful when you have plans for the day! She tried to charge us for the breakfast we couldn't have because of her being late and even argued this. Because of her late arrival she also hadn't set up the reception computer or card machine which delayed our checkout.

Review 15：This is a family run establishment. The family is absolutely amazing and helps with every issue a traveler may have (free of charge). Just great people. The pool in the back is tranquil, clean, and nice. The restaurant chef is fantastic. Best trout I've ever had was at this restaurant. Restaurant stays open 0700 - 0000.

Review 16：In bathroom there were no shower enclosure. No fan, no ironing, no wifi, really small breakfast, no cleaning or changing towels,there were bugs in coming out from all the places in bathroom and so on.
