Review 1：But used to be better. Cleaning, air conditioner, wifi / internetaccess needs improving. Worse, they charged 5% additional as iss asservices, that is ilegal in Brazil. Beware!!

Review 13：Reception staff competence could be improved. Organisation of tansfers to and from the hotel was poor. Hotel tried to include an additional 10% 'service' charge for whole stay.

Review 15：Fantastic nice place with a beauteful big garden with a big pool in it.. The suite are a Bungalow with 2 suites and a big livingrom 2-3 meters from the pool. Very nice resturant with a view that must be experienced.Very friendly staff (Cookie, who can say good day, in 17 languages)

Review 17：The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make your stayamazing. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Praia do Amor(great beach) and close enough to walk to the city center.
