Review 1：This place looks like a refugee camp. Perhaps less than that. This place is so dirty and unorganized. Thank god that I only needed to spend one night here. I left without taking a shower here because their shower room was so discusting. The bed was so thin and uncomfortable. And there is a night club right in front of the hostel, so don't think that you can actually sleep in this place. The walls are so thin that you can hear people chatting and laughing outside on the steet. I know hotels and other hostels are expensive in this area, but if you actually want to rest and sleep in a comfy bed just spend a few extra $$.

Review 3：The hostel is located I the red light area of Chur, the beds were terrible it was so cold, you literally got a pillow and a extremely thin sheet (more like a duvet cover) the beds weren't that pleasant to sleep on... So glad to have only stayed 1night really

Review 5：The hostel should improve the shower mechanism in the ladies bathroom bcos the water flow out from the shower is not centralized it spread 360 degree out of control that makes the whole place and our clothes wet and no proper place to hang clothes
Review 6：The price for just a single bed in a 18-beds room is kinda exaggerating. There's no lift in this hostel and the stairs were narrow ones, so you are out of luck if you brought along a heavy luggage with you, which is obviously my case....

Review 10：WiFi didn't have very good coverage throughout the hostel. It only functioned in certain areas. Breakfast was another weak point. Although it was adequate, it wasn't anything special.

Review 24：1. Hot water shower at bathroom, top floor was not hot enough. 2. Hook in the shower cubicle was placed at the inappropriate area where water splashes on the area easily when showering.
Review 25：The staff was very helpful and friendly. My cousin accidentally cut her finger with the Swiss knife. When I asked for first aid kit, the staff went extra mile by offering help by coming to us to treat the injury though she was busy preparing for the evening bar operation.

Review 27：not too busy in the hostel, I stayed in a 16 beds dorm and there are less than 6 people which is quite good. staff very nice and polite.
Review 28：Lockers were tiny (only for your phone and wallet) and were all locked up. No other lockers for your bag or stuff. The bed I slept on did sink in and was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

I had an emergency and there were no emergency numbers or anything listen in the hotel. Practically had a heart attack when my pad lock locked froze on me with all my valuables inside at 11PM.

Review 72：Staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were a mixed group of 7 and we stayed in the big 16 bed dorm. There is a wall in the dorm which splits it in half so we had quite a lot of privacy in the big room. The showers are clean and there are small lockers in the room to store passports, camera etc. The hostel is on a street with strip club and brothels but there I didn't feel uncomfortable walking around as its a fairly busy street in general.
Review 73：Perhaps that is not a good day to travel Chur. The hostel is opened at14:00 and I arrived at 11:00, I need to wait outside. And the room stillnot prepare for me. So better arrived there after 14:30. The wifi onlyin common room didn't work on that day. In the night, there are onlyme and my partner in the hostel, no staff...So I don't think that isvalue for money. =(

Review 78：What isn't there to like, I had a fantastic stay here! It was my first stay at a hostel so i was bit nervous but I felt immediately very welcomed and safe here. Location couldn't be better, very close to old town. Staff was excellent, also gave me a great advice for my next location. I liked the design, very comfortable beds and the meeting room was great place to meet others and you can warm your food there.
Review 79：Opposite a strip club. Felt grubby, staff were rude and unhelpful. Booked a private room for a group, turned up to find we were sharing a room with 18 beds. Wouldn't return even if I was paid. Don't be fooled by the photos.

Review 83：A dormitory. Towels are not supplied, but rented at 5 euros each. Thetown is pretty enough, but the food we had was very expensive (8 euros50 for a liter of mineral water) and not very good.

Review 92：The receptionists are extremely nice and helpful in aconstructive manner!We were young group of friends went skiing: we managed to dine and play in the common hall and the next morning getting up with a decent breakfast together. With a drive of 20 minutes we arrive at Flix-Laax. So it was overall an ideal choice to stay there for a weekend of winter sports with friends!
