Review 1：I didn't like the absence of a kettle and that they had a small sheet as a bottom cover for the bed which just came off so quickly as you lay down. The beds weren't amazingly comfortable but were fine for me and we kept having to ask for toilet roll which I thought the cleaners would automatically refill. Only small things we thought could be better. Breakfast was either continental or British and was fine. Could have been a bit more generous but it filled us up ok.

Review 2：I loved the location near the beach, some of the staff were really friendly and spoke English, the room was big and had its own bathroom, it's own club, restaurant and bar which were the best. We didn't like eating anywhere else! The place was quiet at night and had a good mixture of people especially locals who were happy to recommend things to do. The sea gardens were pretty and there were bars and cafes on the beach. The beach was great with lots of places to my down on a bed or sun bed. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. They also had a taxi service which turned up immediately and has a 24/7 reception so check in isn't a problem and check out was relaxed at about 12.

Review 3：There were no windows to open and the only way to air the room was to open the front door. The parking is small and your lot is subject to availability.

Review 4：Located in the heart of the sea garden it is very easy to access the main points of the city. The restaurant and the bar at the complex are very elegant.

Review 5：1. The hotel staff brought provatku child , but could not collect it . Nrishlos collect yourself. 2. The suite that we rented was not slippers . 3. bed without mattress covers .

Review 6：Horizont Complex is a nice place with good location and fantastic bar, cafe and restaurant. It's a place for young people I think, because there is a bar next to the hotel and your staying could be noisy :)

Review 7：The rooms in the main building are not finished yet. The other rooms are old an not really nice. The furnitures are damaged ( for example: holes in the armrest). The bathroom was horrible and dirty. There was an used towel in the room. The bed was saggy and really incommodious. Noisy at night from the night club and bar.

Review 8：The Hotel is located in a great area and the new main building looks great from outside. The restaurant and bar are great but have nothing to do with the hotel. They are in an other building next to it.

Review 10：Hotel is close to the city center, in a park surrounded with big green areas, trees, 5 min walk to the city beach. In the hotel complex there is a beautiful bar and a restaurant situated under trees with nice view on the sea. In the restaurant you can have good breakfast for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and the whole complex has a very tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. On the beach there is free warm mineral waters running from the showers, perfect! Varna is great city with a lot of culture and festival events during the summer and the location of the hotel make them accessible by walking through the park. Free and big parking.

Review 30：This Hotel is located Primorsky Park, better known as Varna Sea Park. The park follow the shore from Central of Varna and 7-8 km. North. A wonderful place for recreation. The rooms here are nice and comfortable, terazza with seaview and daily cleaning. Staff in general helpful.

Review 31：Difficult to access due to incomplete address, but when we arrivedafter is very easy going, some fixtures are damaged. Serious problem isthe bathroom without bath and shower without the waters scatteredthroughout the bathroom and forced transfer is within the watersthroughout the building

Review 33：The bar staff for breakfast didn't speak very good English and there wasn't a menu, so it was very difficult to understand what was on offer. As a result, we didn't get the food that we thought we had ordered! However, we did enjoy the food.

Review 36：It was an amazing place to stay in Varna... just next to the most beautiful part of the city (i.e. park). The venue is just beautiful, rooms are clean and quite with great patio (for relaxation). Restaurant &bar (with a romantic view on the sea) offers delicious food...Seems they organise sometimes a salsa party - that was a great fun! good value of money (i.e. we have been off the season paying <31 euro for single room)...moreover the stuff is really helpful and speaks good English, free internet is available at the room.

Review 37：The location is great! Big and safe territory for children to play. Very close to the beach and and all kid`s sightseeing (dolphinarium, zoo, amusement park). A lot of cafes nearby. Friendly staff.

Review 38：The two-star rooms have no windows, which is a bad addition to a dirty air conditioner. All in all, it doesn't smell good.

Review 40：The staff is very unprofessional, if you have any question you must ask every single member until you get an answer. The cleaning staff is so noisy even if you put on door dont disturb they talked really loud, we have a little baby, nine months old who left with my parents just to get rest and sleep but unfortunately we couldnt. The room we first stayed in was ok but we have asked for a double bed there were too single, my partner couldnt even fit as the bed is so small, the mattress was so uncomfortable and made really loud noise every time you wanted to turn around. We couldnt sleep at all. After our complaint another room was given, again two single beds but much more comfortable. The bar is nice but even as residents of the hotel if you dont book a table in advance you can not go for a drink so we had to stay in the restaurant as the phone provided to book a table no one answered. Overall great location but thats all.

Also, the pisctures of the room don't reflect to the reality, the "suite" was consisted of 2 different bedrooms, with one bathroom in each one, which was situated in the same building.

Review 45：It is situated in a complex of other facilities such as club, bar, restaurant, so we had easy access to eat or have fun whenever we wanted! It is not far from the clubs and near to the park.

Review 46：The staff were still working in the hotel, because they were not getready to open season. At night we can't sleep because of a big noisefrom the party in the hotel. We didn't pay for one night as part ofcompensation.

The flat-screen TV'sare low quaity Sangs and the image is sometimes blurry with the addednegative effect of colour washout. The minibars are not stocked duringthe off-season.

Review 53：The rooms are immaculate and very pleasant. There are great views of theBlack Sea and my room had a lovely terrace with a great view of theBlack Sea. The Sea Garden begins right at the end of the hotel and it isa very pleasant walk into the city either by the seaside or through theSea Garden. The value for the dollar is extremely high.
