Review 1：Very far away from central and not easy to walk to - it's off a busy main road with no sidewalks. Room had several dead insects in it - moths and a cockroach.

Review 6：Clean room, towels changed every day, quiet (with the air conditioning we don't hear the noise of street), nice bathroom, complete buffet breakfast, bed comfortable, extremely nice staff, a few minutes from beach and restaurants. We really enjoy our stay.

Review 11：The showerhead was missing, it was only a hard stream of water. Room seemed haunted, because every night the TV would swith on on its own. The receptionist overcharged my creditcard, she didn't charge me the correct price of the room and they haven't responded to my email yet!

Review 23：The hotel is all right but in my opinion lacks a bit of atmosphere. It can be very warm in the rooms and fortunately there is an air conditioning machine, but noisy. Also quite some noise from the street, as it is located at a crossing of important streets.

Review 25：We left early in the morning (06:00), and the answer about breakfast was; only available from 06:30. We didn't feel any intent to find a solution. Not possible to pay the bill taxfree as a foiregner because the immigration card had been left behind in Santiago, the idea of sending a copy two days later was not accepted eventough i was able to show my flight reservation out of Chile.

At least 10 or 12 tableswere free, but not cleaned up. Poor parking situation around the hotel.Showers could be better with more warer flush and pressure (very poor).

If you do not know basic survival Spanish caveat emptor.stayed there for 3 nights n each day had to renew room key as left hand was not talking to right hand within Staff work structure. Review 34：The room got very hot due to the wall of windows and the air con unit was small for the size of the room and very noisy. The junction on which the hotel sits is busy with travffic and very noisy as well. The safety deposit box was not secured i.e. someone could easily pick it up and walk out with it.
Review 35：The hotel was a ten minute walk from the beach with a supermarket (Unimark) opposite the entrance; this contained an ATM. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower very strong. Internet access was good. Breakfast was also very good and the staff were friendly and helpful when approached.
