Review 1：The water drain was positioned somehow in the middle of the bathroom, so you get the floor all wet when taking your shower. But the drain worked well, so not really a hassle.

Review 2：Everything works fine, it seems recently renovated, high quality work. This hotel is not being advertised as part of a chain hotels, therefore one should be impressed even more by the quality of the construction work.

Review 3：The location was great as we stayed for New Years Eve and could see the fireworks etc. from our balcony. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of choice. Great access to restaurants/bars/shops etc. easy access to main roads with parking next to the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and good heating.

Review 4：I checked and paid an executive double room, but received a double room ( poor communication between the hotel and Booking.com) Just a few parking places, which is absolutely inadequate for the hotel and the number of rooms.

Review 11：Hotel has no free parking, The night we stayed there was loud music from there function room, until 3am in the morning which kept us all awake. The staff where not very helpful and not very freindly.

Review 39：Hm....hotel is in perfect location. Staff is very nice, helpful...perfect. Just inventory of rooms is really old, like 30 years. If they would renovate rooms would be perfect hotel.

Review 40：I was very disappointed to find out that the accomodation in this hotel is very poor, the rooms on the 3rd floor had not been renovated since at least 20 years and it looks more like a hospital rathar than a hotel. Not to mention the cleanliness, the bad smell and the very very old carpets and linen. Someone said that the other two floors are renovated partially, however I don't believe this hotel could offer anything close to normal conditions.

Review 41：The only advantage of this hotel is the central location which is very convinient indeed. The service at the reception was friendly, however at the lobbly bar they did not even have creamer for the coffee!

Review 42：Very old rooms. If you want a refurbished room (only slightly newer decor) add 30%. Even with refurbished rooms, the place is in decay; broken and rusty shower, noisy a\c-heat unit. Much better hotels for the same price very close by.
