Review 1：One night we couldn't sleep because the hotel was hosting a wedding and playing very loud music until midnight. The reception staff don't understand English well and weren't helpful either - they were unable to answer basic questions about transportation and sightseeing.

Review 2：The laundry failed to wash my clothes. Staff's English was poor. There were ants on a balcony.

Review 5：Pool area is very good and if you dont have any problems with walking, the beach is a 20 minutes walk away. The beach is definitely worthy of a visit since it is very beautiful and not very crowded. There is no need to take a cab from the airport since there is a local bus stop right outside the hotel. This hotel is price worthy.

Review 6：This is an small old hotel. The rooms and especially the bathrooms need renovation. There is no air filter in there and the bathroom/restroom is one in the 4 people apartment. No enought light in the bathroom, no air. Must open the door to the rooms in order to clear the humidity of the bath. We booked two beds in the second room of the apartment but received one bed there. We have a daughter and a son, so we rearranged our stay to mother and daughter in one bed in first room and father and son in the other. The elevator was very noisy. The apartment had two balconies but we used only the one that faced the see ( in distance). The weather was so hot and the rooms were very warm. No one thought to turn on the air conditioning for us. We waited an hour for the rooms to get colder temperature. The breakfast coffee was bad. It was from the instant machine maker. Also, we didn't like the food in the restroom.

Review 8：Breakfast. Coffemachine left black plastic partickles in my teacup, I did not drink coffe or tea. Too many people fighting for a small place round the food supply, toast machine, fried egg and fruits. You could eat the food, ok!

Review 9：Swimmingpool ok for kids and me. Ok staff. Also near the Black sea beach natural. Shop beside the hotel gave service for the money. Staff at breakfast was running for supply, hotelmanagementproblem.

Review 10：Heating was a problem. Central heating not working and AC was no good. Corner room in chilling atmosphere was depressing. They could not even try to lighten the problem, which shows their conduct to customers.

Review 12：During our stay hotel organised several weddings (on Friday, Saturday and Sunday), therefore it was a little bit noisy. Only few waiters in the restaurant know english.

Review 13：The apartment was really spacious. The bus stop, where you can take bus to Varna or Golden Sands is pretty close to the hotel. It is also close to really nice, kinda wild beach. Good restaurant.

Review 16：Hotel has lotsa weddings. We were offered a room change to quieter side of hotel but declined. Treated to some Bulgarian music (but not late) Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good English.

Review 45：It takes a very long time to get some food in the restaurant. Make sure to order your lava cake from the beginning otherwise the time will double. The noise from the parallel weddings is unbearable, even with ear plugs.

Review 54：There was a wedding outside until 11 PM and sound level on my balcony was 80 Bd (comparable to the jet engine maybe). Sleeping was not possible. Second day was quiet.
