Review 1：room access. 211 you had to go to floor 2, then down steps into room, which was split level, and up steps to bedroom area. bed was very low. made rising difficult

Review 3：There's a noisy disco club right in front of the hotel, there's no dedicated hotel parking zone so you have to find a parking spot yourself, no wardrobe with compartments in the room, pool is small and not suitable for swimming. Bed was twin bed not a double one as my booking suggested.

Review 6：The staff were incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On my last morning, our transfer was booked for 7 am but the staff allowed us to take some toast, croissants and coffee for the 2 hour drive into Bucharest. Staff at the spa were amazing too.

Review 9：Be careful with the minibar, it is not for free and nobody informs you about you, so that you end up by paying like 50 euros for some chocolate and bottles of juice/alcohol.

Review 10：This hotel is in the centre of the town, which gives the opportunity to visit most of the attraction points of Ruse. You have wi-fi in the room. Staff is open and kind. The room was clean and very comfortable, nicely decorated.

Review 11：Internet went down second morning - took a few hours to correct. A bit pricey .. room cost Eurs 51 + so many cents and (one) receptionist insisted it was either all paid in Euros or local Leva breakfast (fruit) seems to be straight out of a fruit tin .. while there are decent fruit markets selling fresh fruit in the area.

Review 19：It wasn't a particularly nice hotel. Just ordinary. My room was opposite a disco even though I had requested a quiet room. But they did more moe to a quieter part of the hotel when I requested it. There are nicer hotels in Ruse.

Review 26：Gorgeous room with two floors, two bathrooms, dinning table, chairs, two setters, two televisions, kettle and more! We had too much to ask for. It was great. Slept very well as quiet and bed luxurious. Swimming pool is also fab, big and just the right temperature. Food service was prompt and delicious. Staff were polite and diligent. Just perfect!

Review 40：Location of the hotel was VERY difficult to find. Even our gps couldn't find it. Finally, they sent a bus to locate us & drive us to the hotel.

Review 44：The hotel pre-authorizes your credit card by BLOCKING the amount of money you will pay at the reception. The bank commission will be on you! About the "Free private parking is possible on site" you should note that this is around and across the street from the hotel and it is not secure or guarded. The hotel has also an underground parking but they charge 15 EUR per night !!! The mattresses needs to be changed and also the wood support under it: I woke up almost on the floor level after it has collapsed. The rooms are not entirely soundproof: I could hear the cars outside and my neighbor who snored all night long. The walls dividing the rooms are from plasterboard.

Review 46：We took the dinner on the hoter restaurant and the food was excelent. The room price at the reception was higher than booking.com price so we made a reservation online right there and we got the lower price.

All the dishes delivered to one person in one time (should be served one by one as ordered) while the other pesron at the table was waiting for his dish untill the first person eat all his several dishes ! But this is the only bad point which is easy to make it better in the future. Otherwise everything really very, very good.

Review 57：1. For my taste, the water of the swimming pool was a little bit cold.2. I don't like their politics regarding the reservations- they blocked my money for all the amount (I've made a reservation for 6 rooms). Because initially I hadn't enough money on the card, they asked me to give them other card details, for one which has the entire amount. All the money, around 350 euros, remained locked even after check in - and this is no fair. When I asked them to unlock my money, they told that they will do that after all my companion will pay the accommodation - at that moment, 4 of the 6 rooms reserved were already paid...I think they have to change their attitude. Anyway, despite this, is a gorgeous hotel and I highly recommend it.
