Review 1：you need to pay for tea and coffee in the room; it would be better the increase the price of the room, rather that charge for such things that are free in all 5 stars hotels I've been to

Review 3：Greenwashers! They pretend they care for the environment and won't change your towels unless you leave them on the floor, but no matter what you do they change the towels anyway. The pool is lovely but super tiny, don't expect to actually swim in it. I had a 3-day non refundable booking but couldn't make it the first day, they decided to cancel my booking - just to use the room I had paid for and make more money! I had to make phone calls to Booking.com with roaming charges to get my room back.

In addition I asked for high floor room but i received probably the smallest room in the hotel (how this room is in 5 stars hotel i didn't know) on the third floor close to emergency exit just a minute walk from the elevators:) in almost empty hotel :)

Review 9：1) in 2 of the four nights that we were there we could hear the music from the cafe (3 floors down). One of the nights was New Year's eve so I'm not complaning about that. But in the previous night i called reception at 3 a.m. about the music and they just told me that the cafe closes at 4 a.m. and the music will stop then. 2) the cafe was also full of smokers even though it is illegal to smoke inside. You can't get through reception or to the restaurant without heavily smelling of cigarettes

Review 13：The swimming pool is very small for a 5 star hotel and the gym has only 3 machines. The spa area is unattended, so when we ran out of towels or we needed something, nobody was there to replace them or to help us, as expected in a 5 star hotel

Review 17：I didn't like anything in this hotel. Don't believe it is a 5 star hotel and service of 5 star. The receptionists double booked our 2 rooms. On our 2 nd night they gave our 2 rooms to other guests and offered to put us in other rooms. What a terrible hotel. I have never experienced such a thing. They have also charged my card to both my room and my colleague's room because they did not ask for his credit card. Terrible terrible terrible. Staff are very unprofessional. Very bad experience. This was my first visit to Eastern Europe and the last because of you. Terrible staff, terrible hotel, terrible service. Don't try this hotel. They try to fool you with all the awards they say they have won. What a fool. I bet they bought a couple of trophey's for the display.

Review 18：I travelled with a colleague. We booked 2 rooms. I travel a lot and by far this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They double booked our rooms. Terrible and discusting. Don't believe what they sell you online. It seems this is an East European Culture

Review 30：Because of the fact that design is emphasized over function, it is really hard to find out how basic things like lights, faucet, tv set work. The staff were somewhat grumpy, I don't know why. I also found it strange that a hotel of this size had a single lift, which is not sufficient. For parking, you have to rely on the valet; there is no other option.

Review 31：As the name implies, this is a place where design excels. Each floor and the rooms in that floor have totally different layouts. Ours was decorated in a minimalist approach which we really liked. Breakfast was pretty good also.

Review 32：The standard room is absolutely gorgeous, although a bit overcrowded by furniture. The bathroom looks great, but the tub ain't that comfortable. Great minibar selection of drinks and snacks. Room always cleaned daily. Good WiFi connection. You'll need a map for the light switches. :) The continental breakfast offers so many options that it's hard to decide what to eat, big plus. It's located very close to the seaside and to the main entertainment area in Varna and has it's own gorgeous cafe and restaurant. A true 5 star experience.

Review 33：I forgot an electric hair brush at the hotel and although I was initially told that it had been found and would be couriered to me, it never arrived. When I called back, I was told that the brush was lost. Obviously a problem with staff honesty - shouldn't happen in a 5-star hotel.

Review 34：Simply the best hotel in the Varna area. I got upgraded to a beautiful and spacious studio apartment with a modern bathroom - it felt like home. Central location, just minutes away from the main pedestrian streets and the sea garden.

Review 35：Suggest to have proper large duvet on the bed. Please add a proper chair next to the desk so work in the room can become a bit more comfortable than using the existing fashionable bench.

Review 44：Being picky I would have liked to have seen some weights in the gym and would have preferred having booked a deluxe double to have had at least an opening window or a roof terrace. I will know to request these for next time.

Review 45：I have stayed in many hotels across the world. Of all of them this is the one I would return to. It may not be the fanciest, it may not be the most well known or the best range of facilities. But what it has it makes the most of, the staff are excellent and most of all I felt incredibly relaxed and comfortable almost like an extension of my own home. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Review 46：Service is not good for 5 Star hotel : 1) No Internet cable available ( when wifi is not stable and you can not work ) 2) The SPA is closing at 8am which for the stuff means that you need to be out of the SPA at 7.45pm and when you tell them that they have 15 more minutes you start listening from them ``strange noises like off`` 3) Breakfast is till 10.30 and no tolerance for 10-15 min longer option. 4) When you turn on your TV in the morning at the day you need to check out you already see the name of the next guest there ?!? Review 50：Staff was not considerate, while serving me without saying sorry or excuse me went on to the previous client who already checked out but she over paid him 12 BL, client returned by 20BL but staff had no change & had to wait until his taxi driver paid the correct amount. Even when I cleared my bill she had no change I just asked her to keep the change. This in my opinion is very unprofessional for a hotel of this standard. The tea & coffee we had to pay the kettle was only for coffee making not tea so why have this. I was charged for coffee & tea which I did not use?

Review 63：Mesquin lobby for a 5 stars hotel (only approx. 50 sq.m). Rooms design is too minimalist in my opinion. Only one elevator, not enough and creating too long waiting time. If you want a room with a balcony you need to ask for an upgrade from standard.

Review 65：Hotels are about their staff, and Grafitti staff was excellent. Wireless connection in the room was poor, and instead of convincing me that it is normal (and it happens more than often), they immediately brought a wifi router to my room, and it was fixed. Great job!

Review 66：This design hotel has got it all! Tasteful details everywhere make it an excellent place for everything from romantic weekends till business stay. Fantastic rooms, design, friendly staff and a very good breakfast. And one of the very few that offers free underground parking as well.

Review 71：You can't stay in more beautiful hotel/rooms with so advanced internal art design in Varna. Everything is very functional and in the same time aesthetic with modern art appearance. This is our second stay. During the first one we had some problems with the car in the parking, but the hotel management was very kind to give us complimentary stay and additional procedures as an apology for the issue happened. The hotel location is great, I would advice this hotel as a first choice if want to stay in truly 5 stars hotel.

Review 72：Hotel has had big money spent on it, much thought has gone into the design but not much into the practicalities. Armchairs in room are good to look at but not comfortable and take up far too much room. Aircon that is not simply adjustable so becomes oppressive. Lights that are wired in such a way that they get confused....turn on the bathroom light and sometimes (only sometimes) room lights come on, not a good idea in middle of the night when partner is asleep. WIFI that is tuned into Android so works with phone or tablet but no good with Ipad or laptop which are mainly Windows. Then there is the "NO SMOKING" policy, room has a letter pointing out it is against the law in ANY public place and goes on to say this includes all parts of the hotel and carries a 40 lev fine...............but they turn a blind eye to it in their cafe/bar and staff just shrug their shoulders...........DOUBLE STANDARDS. Not a hotel we enjoyed and would definitely not stay again or recommend.

Review 89：The underground parking is using an elevator which takes about 20 mins to get your car which is a bit slow, but this is the price to be in the centre of the city. It is a good idea to drive your car by yourself into the parking. We had an accident one of the guys which are driving the cars did a scar on the back of car. The hotel did an investigation and accepted to compensate us for this issue with additional services during our next visit.

We were given a room on the 5th floor with an amazing balcony, therefore, a fabulous view of the city & Black Sea. The staff were attentive, informative & helpful during our 3 day stay. Review 99：I like it being so central. Around the corner from the main activities and vibey centre of the city. The hotel is beautiful and very new and modern. We stayed in the apartment which was HUGE. It was clean, modern, and ans hotels go, probably one of my top 5 I have stayed in in my life. I will recommend it. We have a Bulgarian client who mentioned that we should rather stay up the coast, but I am glad we did not because we were in the heart of the city and loved it.

A hotel worker came and checked the TV was not working but said he was not a technician and could not do anything, and that a technician would come on following day. The technician never come, so for all my stay (three nights) I had no TV. This is fully non acceptable for a hotel this type.

Review 108：I booked this hotel for a special occasion, our 10th wedding anniversary and couldn't wait to stay here as it looked great, but from start to finish sadly i was to be very disappointed.Firstly when booking through booking.com the notification said i was to pay the hotel in their currency at the time of the stay but without my knowledge the hotel took my money months in advance straight away.Upon arriving at the hotel we pulled up outside to ask where the parking was, they looked our car a 4x4 up and down, it wasnt as posh as the other cars outside so they just pointed to a door and we had to find out own way in and out of the garage with a lift, i later noticed other guests with posher cars had their cars parked for them so our car was obviously not up to the standard of guests they wanted.Reception checked us in quickly but were not friendly or welcoming and we were left to find our own way to the room. The room was small,dull and very buisness like, not at all welcoming. The plus is that the modern tv, speakers, and bathroom looked great but against everything else it was really not where i wanted to spend my wedding anniversary. The lights were some modern contraption which we couldnt work, it took us 10 minutes to switch the bedside light on! There was a posh bath but no bath mat or no complimentry bath creme included with the other toiletries. The windows didnt open in the room so we could get no fresh air as there was not a balcony either and despite the windows not opening it was still a very noisy street full of boy racer cars diving up and down.My husband had a coffee in the room which was a ridiculous cost for Bulgaria, i agree to paying for the mini bar but to have to pay for tea and coffee was really not right and when we left we were accused of drinking 2 teas which we didnt... Certainly not at. 8lev or a cup of tea!!!

Review 110：We had such a good experience that we decided to stay additional 4 nights. Hotel is on a great place - near all good things in Varna, and not too far from the beach. Everyone in a hotel is trying their best to make all guests feel welcome and at home. Pool, though small (4x10m), is more than enough for those moments of relaxation (never crowded). Breakfast is versatile and WiFi is working great all over the hotel. Two thumbs up!
