Review 1：i found the hotel, and parked outside, it was in a street with SOME parking meters,i was advised to park opposite hotel,on pavement NOBODY mentioned payment although reception saw me park. On checking out Sunday, they said there was a 5 lev charge for parking,i complained,if i had been informed i could have parked my car 50 metres away for nothing, this may seem irrelevant to the hotel, but it is not, to me,i want to know charges, before a stay, NOT afterwards

Review 3：Bed is metal net type, too soft; one of receptionists was excessively worried about money, treated me with mistrust; TV was of poor quality and missing channel Brava (which was a good point in other Ruse hotel); curtain separating shower and toilet didn't serve a cause unless moved each time by you if you are tall enough (every time cleaners moved it back, so it was a hassle to do it over and over)

Review 6：I stay in room 111, dirty and old furniture, bed was terrible, Wifi was poor,in the centre of the room there is a mirrow suitable for poor old fashioned home but not for 3 star hotel with rsting 8.5, door of bathroom is on stack,the location is great but the window arr pointed main street - very noisy,the shampoo placed in bathroom were with expored date 2013.the most bad hotel I have ever seen!

Review 7：I booked the hotel for the weekend to stay with my boyfriend. When we went there they told us it is not allowed for two men to sleep in the same room. Me and my boyfriend were in shock.. I cannot believe this is happening in 21st century in a civilized country.

Review 9：Nice big flat, in 210, far from any noise. Nice staff, very helpful but except for a good restaurant, difficult to find here. The woman for the breakfast is wonderful. Very pleasant, even if you don't speak bulgarian. Thank you so much.

Review 10：Avoid the rooms towards the pedestrian shopping mall - very noisy and shouting during the night because of a couple of bars and a discotheque

Review 46：The location, the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel are excellent. The breakfast in the morning is great. The ladies would make your eggs or crapes just the way you like them. The Wi-Fi quality was great and accessible in the room 24/7. I would stay at this hotel again.

Review 47：Beware!! Beware!! Beware!! The took one night rent the night before Iarrived from my card then charged me the whole three nights in locallev. Now after 15 calls and no further action from them I have to get mylocal lawyer involved. They still haven't refunded my card payment.This is not a hotel to trust. The keep saying my card will be, then hasbeen refunded but still no refund after nearly a month. I will never usethem again when I'm in Ruse. There are no coffee making facilitiesin the hotel except for breakfast. Mini bar has little in it. This hotelwas very good a few years ago but now it is really poor and they cheatthere clientele.

Review 48：If it wasn't for them stealing one nights fee, I would have said itwas value for money as their breakfast was good. Even although I had togo out in below zero temperatures to find a coffee.
