Review 1：Small parking. Not comfortable for parking big cars. Wi-Fi signal was poor on the upper floors.

Review 20：The lobby area has a fire but hadn't been turned on through our entire stay. Last season the staff did keep the fire on for people enjoying time in the bar/communal areas. The bar and lobby closes earlier at around 10pm whereas in previous seasons it was closed later. This is the only place you can get a decent wifi connection. Shame the rooms don't have access to wifi

Review 28：Room not ready on arrival still being cleaned, once in room found itdirty, full of dead wasps in bedroom & lounge. Their where blackhairs in one bed and the bath and bathroom. The toilet did not work inon-suite & bath was not sealed only has some skirting board laid onside of bath, plug did not fit bath in 2nd bathroom & no showercurtain so floor flooded, for an apartment there was no crockery orcutlery could not make a drink asked for cups was given 4 paper ones.Hotel was full of students as Bulgarian students week. We could not getseated at breakfast or eat in the restaurant. On the sunday they onlycatered for the students in the restaurant. Did try to eat on our lastevening but restaurant and bar area where in darkness all closed downthere was only a porter on reception who asked us which hotel we wherefrom, he had no idea there was anyone staying in the hotel. We had about10 hours sleep on our stay with the noise from the students partying inthere rooms and the disco went on till 5.30am on the sunday night. If wehad known it was students weekend we would never have booked. None ofour complaints where followed up by the hotel staff apart from cleaningthe room again. I would like this taken as a formal complaint.

Review 30：The cleaners did not bother to clean the rooms properly for 3 days. Rooms lacking small things that could make it into a proper 4 star like bins in all rooms, coffee/ tea making, tv in both rooms in the suite and cleaners that work instead of sit around doing nothing.

Review 32：Staff were disinterested, off-hand, and most did not speak english. Got locked in the swimming pool in the basement as the attendant failed to check the changing rooms before closing. Breakfast was poor, over cooked eggs, cold baked beans and chipped plates! Attitude of staff poor. Pillow slips/towels ripped/holed! Room was not cleaned daily - bathroom bin was emptied & loo roll replaced and that was it!

Review 34：Cold room which they wouldn't change. No seating other than one chairin room. Despite booking 2 rooms in the one booking they were 3 floors apart. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Pasta and peas and carrots for breakfast is peculiar.

Very frustrating and not good enoughfor a so called 4 star hotel...! The jacuzzi was not working and thestaff were icy..... Not helpful and rude! There was no Internet accesswifi except in the lobby and we had to sit in the lobby to use the wifiand even then it was not strong enough we had to go to the local pub touse the wifi...... We didn't have a shower curtain and all the waterended up on the floor when we had a shower...... Towels were sparesometimes only giving us 1 clean towel when we are a couple. I will notstay there again

Review 37：This was really unpleasant surprise to see complete disaster hospitality in terms of staff and service. Hotel room was cold, with no option for additional heating, corridors with broken or no lights at all, cold restaurant, poor internet service. In one sentence I wouldn't visit this hotel for another time no recommend to others.

Review 38：Quality and quantity of the food was no good. Whole hotel including rooms is cold, very very cold, we were freezing. Swimming pool and spa was cold. There is no order in the hotel, there were parties every night next to our room from 23 h until morning 7 h am with 40 dcb volume. I will never go in this hotel again.

Friends had breakfast elsewhere even though they had paid for it. Pool and spa not quite warm enough and £5 for use of sauna excessive. Our room on floor 6 was great but friends on 1 weren't so lucky. Theirs was very basic and small.
