Review 1：The bathroom smell, tobacco smell in the room, air conditioning noise, poor acoustic insulation between the rooms, poor breakfast, lack of daily cleaning.

Review 3：Very rude barman. Mix up on arrival with room reservation was not dealt with in a professional way. Having to pay more for a sea view only to find the swimming pool terrace right in front of our own terrace, so no privacy at all and the sea off in the distance.

Review 12：The price is quite high for Bulgarian average (in the town you can find accomodation for a much lower price), so I will not recommend it for low-budget travellers. However, the price difference is compensated by the high quality of the service and of the rooms.

Review 35：Selena HoteI is fabulous !! The facilities and amenities are rich and splendid, and staff members courteous, professional and kind. A unique combination of best value with magnificent location and hospitality !

Review 36：The Hotel has a massage/ spa centre. I had a massage done and when I can out I felt that someone had just stroked my body lightly and applied a lot of oil!!! I had asked for a deep pressure massage and stressed the same several times during the massage but with no response. Thought it was a waste of money and time- would have rather soaked some sunshine!

Review 37：We stayed at Selena Hotel in April 2014. The hotel is located right on the beach- only a few hotels have a direct beach access. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. The hotel has a restaurant which all the staff raved about. We had a meal there and I can say without a doubt that it was the best dinner we had during our entire trip in Bulgaria. The menu was varied and the quality of food was great with a reasonable price tag. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the old and new towns. No need for taxis. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Review 39：At first sight, this hotel didn't look as nice since it is quite anugly looking building in the new side of town in Sozopol but when westepped inside, the hotel is right on the beach overlooking the BlackSea and the Old Town skyline. The restaurant is practically on the beachand the room is high facing the sea and the old town. The view alone canmake up for everything. The room is in good size, comfortable with bigbalcony directly facing the sea. The bathroom is also good size.Everything is cleaned and well-maintained although not new. Therestaurant served very good and cheap food and seafood with soft oldieslive music. The hotel experience was heavenly.

Review 42：The booking system. 5 rooms were advertised We booked 2 rooms on booking. Com only one came back confirmed. We then had to book the other couple into the hotel next door. The Selena's booking system seems to update slowly.

Review 45：It's nice small, quiet hotel with small swimming pool and sunny terrace. Breakfasts are good with enough to choose. Beach is small so it,d be a problem in high season. Nice sea view from a balcony. Fajny mały hotel. Idealny na wiosenne wakacje:) śniadania dobre, czysto, dobre położenie w odległości 10 minut spacerem do centrum Sozopolu i przystanku powrotnego do Burgas. Autobusy z Burgas mają przystanek pod samym hotelem.
