Review 1：The fact that showers and toilets often do not work. That there is no eleveator.

Review 5：It's a low budget hotel and provides very well for the money you pay. The staff are helpful and the rooms clean. Obviously no en suite but then that's because its a low budget hotel. Any lack of cleanliness in the toilets overnight is due more to the clientelle rather than lack of staff attendance

Review 10：The key code we were given to our room had apparently already been taken. There was a man already in our room when we opened the door to move in. Also, the keypad on our new room did not work. The bathrooms are nothing fancier than airplane toilets. There was only one outlet in the room.

Review 12：It is very small. only one outlet in the family bedroom. very dusty, as I have allergies it was hard to sleep. The shared bathroom and toilet were not very pleasant. I suggest taking a rubber slipper so u don't have to walk there barefoot.

Review 14：the location is not that ok. you have to take a taxi, there are no buses. we arrived on sunday night and there was nothing open nearby, not even the gas station. water costs 1.6 euro for 500ml in the hotel lobby.

Review 17：The staff was excellent, receptionist ordered a taxi, offered service to order food and gave information what is around.
Review 18：To reach the hotel in the night it is a mess, if you arrive late at the airport no taxi driver wants to take you eaven its only 10 min away, they charge you around 20 Euros! The way back to the airport is easier cause the hotel has an agreement with the taxis so you can order it from there and pay 7-15 Euros depending on the number of people/car. The bathrooms and the showers are outside the room, they have a light sensor which goes off after some min, so if you are not fast enough you can keep on showering in the dark until you open the door so the sensor gets activated. There is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage and cant carry so much try to get a room on the lower level.
Review 19：We were there for one night cause we arrived late at the airport in Charelroi, we were on a short trip to Bruges. The hotel is ok, its clean and the staff is very nice For one night it is ok.
Review 20：No bathroom - shower or toilet - in the room. Somehow I missed it in the description, it's my fault, but - be aware! The common bathrooms/showers are not extremely clean. It's not on the level of an average american motel.

Review 22：When we arrived we were being watched by 6 eastern european guys that gave us (2 woman) not a pleasant feeling. They were drinking beers and smoking all the time so it wasnt a nice spot to smoke. The room was small but ok, for the price. There was no food accept machines with snacks. The thing we disliked was the fact we had to leave the Room for shower or toilet. The dixy like washrooms where often closed ao you had to walk further.

Review 35：The personnel in the hotel is friendly. Administrator spoke decent English, helped a lot when we were trying to find out how to get to the Brussels Zaventem airport on weekend. The room was really small, but the bed was convenient so my sleep was good. The room included sink, which suprised me. Toilets and bathrooms (outside the room) looked fine (automatic flush etc). In general, it is pretty simple 1-star hotel, but if you need one night stay before your next flight, it is a good solution.
