Hotel Yastrebets Wellness & Spa is located directly at the Yastrebets ski slope and features a gourmet restaurant and a piano bar.

Review 1：Generally great impression of the service staff was affected by one impolite waiter.

Review 2：Excellent small hotel with great features and atmosphere. New, clean and well maintained. Great spa, pool and access to the slopes.

Review 3：The Finnish Chalet was small and uncomfortable for a couple + baby. It might be okay for a couple, or a couple with older children, definitely not for a small child. The staircase/ladder to the second floor is dangerous, we had no use for that floor because of that. We will return and try the suites instead of the chalets next time.

Review 4：We traveled as a couple with a 1.5 year old baby. The food was great, as was the location & surroundings. Staff was very friendly, this is a family and baby friendly hotel. The pool is very nice with a section that is fit for a baby to waddle in (the jacuzzi).

Review 5：water in the pool was quite cold when we arrived - I asked at the reception and the next day it was okay (30C); restaurant in my view is overpriced;Finnish chalet is interesting, nice but occupancy showed is 4 people. I wouldn't recommend that as there is no separate rooms inside and the toilets & bathroom are only one

Review 7：Fresh juice is overpriced. Bed in the Finnish Challet was not comfortable - very old mattresses on the floor - no beds. Changing room and rest room in the fitness area are really tiny. We did not feel it, but it might be an issue during the hight season.

Review 8：Very good location and service!!! Big surprise for this area - amaizing restaurant!!! Very rich breakfast included in the price. Every time we feel personal attention. Lovely Hotel. Our kids really enjoy a natural playground in the forest - especially the zip line. The swimming pool has a very comfortable temperature - so our kids can stay in the water two hours without freezing! Also the water and the entire area in the swimming pool were so clean what we really enjoy it.

Review 11：We like to be able to walk to local shops and bars etc but this was just a little far away to do this. The good points made up for this as it was a beautiful hotel and we would stay there again.

Hard to use swimming pool or child-park by hotel guests due to visitors(usually during weekends) - the hotel is outside Borovets. If you need something you need to go by car to the city. We bought bottled water for the rooms at 6-7 times higher price at the hotel(5lv per 750ml bottle)

They were desorganized (serving the main course befor the first course...) and especially for the breakfast which is supposed to be served until 10:30. If you arrive at 10:31, no breakfast. There is a B plan which is to order some pancakes or sandwiches at the bar.

The mattresses were uncomfortable /because the beds were in fact one mattress on top of another/. The cleaning ladies were coming twice daily but they were not cleaning well. They do not change our sheets daily as the receptionist told me they should do. More over there was a lot of dust in the room. We were far from the main building and can' t use the spa comfortably.

Namely we were leaving Monday morning, andmost of the guests leaved on Sunday (in September most of the guest weredomestic which came there for a weekend). Sunday on Monday there wasonly few guests who remained in the hotel. And in the Monday morningreal surprise! When we went on breakfast (which is served between 7:30and 10:30) ~ 7:45 we was told that it will be little bit late today andto come ~ 8:00. Because that morning I had meeting in Sofia we wanted toleave hotel till 9:00. We came again ~ 8:15 and we were told thatemployees of the morning shift will be late on work, and that there areonly two employees present (night shift – desk office and securityofficer), so we mast wait other employees to come on work?!? Finallyminibus with morning shift arrived at 8:40 and we had our breakfast at8:50. We travel lot Europe wide (I had status of booking genius atbooking.com) but we never had such experience in any hotel (especiallynot at 4 * hotel) to wait almost hour and half, employees to come atwork???? Plus, we did not get neither single word of apologise. I haveimpression that outside of high season and weekends this hotels does notfunctioning properly!

Review 106：Our room was on the first floor (102) facing the mountain, but under it some economic facilities were located, with the chimney, vehicles, and trucks driving in the morning especially. The noise was not such a big problem, but the smell and the polluted air were terrible. We couldn't open the window, day or night; we couldn't sleep and breathe normally while we were in the room. It was a short time (only two nights) otherwise we would ask to change the room !!!
