Review 1：Practically no breakfast.Practically no wi-fi in the rooms.Bad isolation between the rooms.Hot tap water smells sulfur and not everybody likes this.
Review 2：Beautiful location inside green and trees.Tons of mineral water ( if your room has a bathtub/jacuzzi). Not touched by modern architecture and appliances.Very new the city and yet you feel in the middle of nature.Friendly staff.

Review 5：For a short visit to Veliko is't a perfect location. From Veliko to Bryasta is 10-11 km (not 7). It's perfect if you travel by car. Quiet, peacefull..fresh air and good prices. Heating in november - december - when we travel it was only by airconditionig, but it was very-very warm. Apartments or studios are very nice. For visiting Veliko and sorounding..can be a choice.

Review 8：- no breakfast buffet (except for one morning out of five) - heating couldn't be cut in the room (with 30°C outside). Was repaired after two days. - 3 (three) TV stations - extremely thin and used mattresses - a lot of rubbish at the back of the main building - heavily leaking bath tub - empty minibar

After the 1st night we asked if we could change rooms as the mattress was too hard.Tanya,from Reception,showed us 2 other rooms and gave us an upgrade to a lovely suite/apartment at no extra cost. All the staff were very helpful but Tanya especially made us feel very welcome,she also helped us on our last morning by calling a hotel in Sofia to fix us up with a room. I heartily recommend Bryasta and would certainly stay there again.
