Review 2：Location is convenient. It's located next to Subway station and restaurants. very quite and clean. very quick check in and out. The metro from Namur station to Downtown would take 15-20 mints. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and Walmart is 7 mins walk

Review 3：The shower sucked! the draining system must be poor, because while taking a shower the water accumulated in the tub. No one like standing in dirty water while taking a shower.

Review 10：They gave me a different room compare to what I booked at booking.com. I expected to have a Queen suite with kitchenette (6 sitters dinning table) but they gave me a regular room with kitchenette. I just realized at 11pm that my room was not the same as I booked at booking.com because I was busy practicing for the wedding and they told me they cannot transfer me to other room because it was full. I was not so happy about this because it was my big day.

Review 36：The hotel is located quite far from the city and in an ugly industrial area. There is just few restaurants around and it's quite noisy. The hotel itself has a very poor looking from outside and the inside is a two stars plus standard. Don't trust the pictures which are quite far from the reality. I was so disappointed that I stayed only one night and left for a much better place downtown for almost the same price.

Review 39：The taxi that arrived and took us to the airport was very dirty inside, the driver did not seem to care much about the comfort of his passengers. The hotel needs to find another taxi provider for their customers. There is no grocery store nearby that is open past 9pm.

Review 48：The hotel was a short walk to the Metro which we used 2 and sometimes 3 times a day. It was also close to a foodmart which is very useful with young children who are always looking for something to have for snacks. The room was quiet for sleeping, etc. Bathroom was a good size for 4 people. Kids loved the pool - it was really hot the weekend we were in Montreal.

Review 58：The location. Montreal streets are a mess and it took us one hour to get to the hotel from downtown the first day because we took Cote des Neiges by mistake. Because we know Montreal, subsequently we drove through Westmount -The Boulevard- and reduced the time to 20 minutes after that

The Metro station is only a short walk away, and goes directly to downtown and central Montreal in about 20 minutes with no train change.

Review 90：There were two downsides to this hotel. First, the bathroom in the room was very small and tight but manageable. The other was that the walls were extremely thin so you could clearly hear all noise from the corridor and, sometimes, even hear those in the washroom in the room next to you.

Even though there wasn't a breakfast buffet, there was a restaurant called Eggspectation in the hotel's ground floor that had an amazing breakfast menu with great friendly staff!

We planned to stay 3 nights and now we are in our 5th night.

Review 107：Poor maid service. Cobweb in corner of room and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Maid knocked at door at 0830 and unlocked it. When I complained to front desk, the reply was to put the do not disturb sign in the door.

Review 108：Close to metro On route 15 outside of downtown which is useful for leaving city. Concierge was helpful but if you get directions by car to a location, make sure you get return directions as well. The city is not easy to travel by car.Size of room was good but do not expect good views.
