Review 1：I have booked the room before 60 days and reconfirmed before a day and on my arrival i was told there was no reservation in the said name and even after providing the ref no they could not trace it and finally they offered me a room when you cannot communicate to them why do you take the booking. What you have mentioned in the booking was not there this is my second experience of this kind earlier was in Pondicharry if this happens again (3rd time) I will not be booking from you will not go with you.

Review 6：The property as this is my second visit to the hotel, but maintenance and staff seems to be laggards, the owner need to intervene and see the staff level first starting from front desk to service. All the best.
Review 7：The morning of our check-out, the receptionist charged us 70 indian rupees extra for no reason. He was very rude and refused to listen to us even though we showed him the bill which was sent to our email (including taxes). So frustrating and disappointing.

Review 10：After Balaji Darshan we have reached hotel at 11. 30 am even then hotel has arranged for complimentary breakfast. I had such similar experience in Nedherland but in India for the first time such experience.

Review 23：The fact that the receptionist said that we had no booking and hence at 10 pm we will not be able to provide any booking was extremely annoying. however, after persuading him to call his superiors and showing the mail confirmation on personal phone, he even bothered to do the same. He even was not happy that we had booked it online.

Review 27：No safety locker in the rooms. Free WiFi limited to one connection after repeated request we got the 2nd one we had about 4 devices. Food menu not very exhaustive. Hygiene very poor tea cups and plates most of the time satined and dirty. Cuttlery and plates looked dirty and over used.
