Apart Hotel Flora Residence sells fast on our site. Conveniently located in the centre of Borovets, the oldest ski station in Bulgaria, at the foot of the Rila Nature Reserve, the complex is just 800 feet from the cable car.

Review 1：Not a bad experience but the heat in the room is intolerable.

Review 2：A spacious room, you can make tea anytime. Very close to slopes and cabin. Half board is great when you have children and the food is good. Ski school '"Hunters" just a couple of minutes away. Silent! Away from the central street bustle.

Review 3：First of all, we booked this property and we were moved to Daisy Flora Apartments which is in a different building. So all the pictures we saw during the booking process do not belong to the 3* apartments we were moved in. Second, on a Saturday night there was a wedding celebration on the restaurant/lobby area at the ground floor. There was a DJ and very loud music!! We could not sleep til 0330. I complaint to the manager at 2300 about the loud music and she told me that it was going to be till 2400. It was not true. She also offered to move my family to another building only for that night, but considering it was late and very cold outside, we did not move. I was in the second floor and the music was so loud that everybody in my family was awake. Beyond of these bad things, I would still recommend the property by its value for money and its proximity to the ski areas.

Review 5：We came in 15 min late after 10 a.m. and asked the lady in the restaurant if we can get anything served although we were late she replied very negatively that the breakfast is over. We were not offered even a cup of coffee which tells me that some individual employees do not know what is good customer service. Minor things make the big look nice!!! :)

Review 6：The apartment is good value for the money however there are minor maintenance issues which they will need to correct. Location is very nice since it is close to the ski lifts and main stores.

Review 9：The hotel name was something like (Daisy) I guess. The staff whatever you ask them something they say they don't know It seems they are not from the same place. They gave us incorrect information and not accurate address. They mentioned about their address:(Borovets 27 km away from Mirovo) but in fact there were 3 borovets, Borovets Kocherinovo, Borovets Samokov and Borovets Varna. Their address was Borovets Samokov and it was around 39 km away from Mirovo, it took us about 2 hours to reach there. There was a small useless roundabout in front of the hotel causing difficulty in parking. They better remove it.

Review 10：The room rate was good and WiFi was also good.

Review 11：The room had no air conditioning, but in Borovets there are only a few days a year when it might be needed. Unfortunately we were there during a very warm spell.

Review 21：It was not clear which building is the Flora Residence. There were several buildings named with different flowers, and it was very difficult to find the right building in the middle of the night when we arrived. The name is Flora Daisy.

Review 29：Parking was an issue.. cars constantly get double and triple parked in hotel's parking (more cars allowed in than there is parking space). Lobby is near to non existing and the free Wi-Fi is pretty bad (the payed one is alright). Some strange issue with hot water, constantly fluctuating in temperature. The kitchen could use a bit more equipment (microwave or oven, sharp knives, etc.)

Review 47：The studio was worn out , especially the bathroom . The most unpleasant thing after skiing all day , was that there was no hot or water in the bathroom !!! The answer we received from the reception was that probably most of the hotel guest are showering right now !!!
