Review 1：When we stayed there, the rooms were very stuffy and very hot. Air conditioning unit was always blowing hot air even when set to "Cold". We had to open windows. I think there was a glitch to the system at the time. The carpets were dusty and not vacuumed for some time so dust was flying around and I'm allergic to dust. Tip to management, please vacuum the rooms after every booking. All in all this can be rectified and will definitely come back!

Review 15：Reception dark and staff not friendly. Its facilities advertised as having spa and hammam. I booked this hotel on the basis that it has these facilities. You have to pay an additional fee for these facilities and they don't even have a hammam. Pool was very dark and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was pretty grim.to have a shower in the rooms, get ready to flood the bathroom. There are no shower screens. No kettle in the rooms. Decor was outdated and the rooms had a lot of dark wood trimmings which where dusty. Not a 5 star but a 3 star hotel. WiFi connection kept breaking.

Review 22：My main complaint is that the swimming pool was out of action which was one of the main reasons that I booked the room. One minor thing was that I love bacon for breakfast but it was only available on one of the days (although the breakfast is good and has plenty of choice ).

Review 23：The Location was good if you are on a leisure trip with good Sea views and easy access to the park ,beach and sea side restaurants. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Review 28：On booking in we were told that the Spa Centre was not open, the reason for booking this Hotel. Only one lift working in main reception area and also informed that breakfast was not included. We have stayed many times before, next visit to Varna we will be looking for another Hotel to stay. Went out in the evening for a lovely meal in the City, saved the weekend from being a disaster.

Review 36：The breakfast can be better. Non of the staff in the hotel (including the staff working in the spa) know what hours the spa is open (very inconvenient). Spa was working only part time of my stay so it was very not good for me because I chose this hotel for the spa.

Review 37：Hotel is very clean and well kept. Nice modern and spacious rooms. Room was very comfortable. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and you can take the 409 bus to the city for only 1 Lev or to the airport for 3 Lev. Staff is very friendly. Free and great wifi signal. Short and nice walk to the city center. I will return to this hotel...

Review 38：Guests were acomodated at the first 4 floors, stating that the rest of the hotel was booked - something I don't beleive. The hotel was emtpy after the fifth floor. We have requested a higher floor as the view for us was one of the fiew pluses of the hotel. The most desapointing surprise was the night when a big drunk group of tourists starts to scream around 0,30 and stop around 3,30 in the morning. The answer from reception when I called was: Really? There is no other complaintes. So she did do nothing and the usuportable noise continued till 3,30. This is not a professional reaction from the staff for 5 star hotel. There was just one pair of shampoо, no free tea and coffee and water heater which should be available in the rooms. Air condition very noisy. The wifi is amasing also They give on the reception a piece of paper with very complicated passwords that should be introduced each time you go out and back to the hotel. SO you should bring the piece of paper with you whenever you go (if you want to use internet with your smartphone) Definitly not 5 star hotel.

So during booking stage they offering just non refundable option of last rooms and this does not give you flexibility if you need to change something.

Staff very friendly and helpful in parking the car and helping us with directions on the bus which stops right outside the hotel and goes directly to Varna city and Varna Grand Mall all for 1 Lev. BreakfSt was excellent and again staff very helpfull .

Review 47：breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss affair,when it is quiet they make some type of breakfast to order,this was ok,little strange but ok.but when the hotel is busy they create a buffet,eggs,bacon all cold and looked terrible.i got them to cook me new breakfast,but even that was near cold,the fried egg was totally cold.really strange so called 5 star hotel,not to a 2 star standard really.staff ok,did nothing out of their way to help,just the basics,but still that's due to training of senior management,but the staff were nice and always on hand.location is ok,busy road,walking to centre maybe 10 mins.

Review 54：Breakfast was early and served on time. It was ,plentiful and had both hot and cold dishes Rooms large,comfortable, clean and quiet and a lovely view over the Sea Gardens to the Black Sea. Parking wasavailable and there was good free wi fi in the room Nothing to dislike

Review 55：Room service food was raw, it wasn't fully cooked. They were quick to replace the food and fully cook it this time, 15 mins later, but nothing else was done or said. In the shower just by chance of dropping the wrapper from the soap on the floor before showering, there was a shard of glass from something that had previously broken, on the floor in the middle of the shower. I just by chance noticed it from the shinny water running over it when I pick up the paper. The WIFI kept logging out after some time and I had to put the password back in every time, the following morning the password no longer worked, they provided me with 4 different passwords before it worked. Good note, they were quick to come to my room, resolve it and said that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The Gym was lacking, one multi machine 4 small weights and a skipping rope, but the room was a fair size to do other exercises in.

Review 56：The room was a nice size with a little bit of everything from walk in closet, a safe, separate bath and shower, comfortable chairs and bed. Room service was quick; Staff was wonderful except one, there is always one, nothing that bothered me enough to not stay again. The front desk staff was wonder, I came back to the hotel late one evening (02:00), both front staff stood up promptly and was more then willing to help if I needed anything and always said Hello or goodbye. I had a full body massage, which I would give it a 9/10, the usual room environment, soft music, nice smells, etc. I was relaxed, very comfortable, but it was the end of the day and you could tell she was tired and ready to go home herself. I do give a 10/10 for the massage, very knowledgeable.

Review 58：Great location. Very spacious and clean room with very nice view. Very large and comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Underground parking. Good breakfast selections and quality. Excellent staff - once we arrived a staff member came outside to greet us and to guide us to the parking (I had alerted them that we would arrive on motorcycles and needed safe parking)! Also since I had also requested rooms with good WiFi connection (I had read some complaints here), they had reserved for us two rooms - in different floors - with the best WiFi!!!

Review 59：For some reason the shower was built in a way that when you use it the water spill all over the bathroom. Not much of a nuisance but i can't understand why it was built like that.

Review 60：Although a bit far from city center (20 minutes walking) it's not a big walk. The staff was friendly and the room was big and confortable. The breakfast was good. Good parking space.

Review 61：The hotel would be acceptable or even nice if 3* but it's way below 5* standards. If you still get trapped there, a mistake that I would not repeat, please, don't eat anything, my stomach got upset for a day because bad food at breakfast. / Хотелът би бил приемлив и дори хубав,ако беше три звезди, ала в действителност е много под пет звезди. Ако все пак попаднете там, грешка, която аз не бих повторил, моля, не яжте храната.

No tissue box in the room (I was told to buy it from the supermarket) 3. No curtain in the bathroom (taking a shower is a bad experience with water everywhere on the floor) 4. You cannot lock the bathroom door (no lock) 5. Lift is too slow (if you happen to live in the 9th floor-you have to be very very patient) 6. This is at best a 3 star hotel (certainly cannot be 5 star) 7. Bed mattress a bit old 8. I booked a twin bed but was given a double bed room!
