Review 1：Very distant from the beach. You have to pay for the sunshade parasols and umbrellas. Small restaurant, unsufficient for so many people. Poor quality of food. No water (or beverages) for dinner, and the drinks are 3 times more expensive than in the shop. Cheap furniture in the rooms, no phone (or whatever) communication means with the reception - you have to go there to ask for towels, soap or whatever. Weak wi-fi signal and slow internet.

Review 2：Huge well-maintained complex, with lots of green areas, children playgrounds, swimming pools. Nice, polite and helpful personnel. Cleaning every day.

Review 3：It can be very crowded (the complex is large with many houses and still more being built) and you may have to wait for a seat at breakfast or dinner (when on half board). The complex has a private beach area, but you need to pay extra for a full day rent of pair of sunshades + lounge

Review 7：The food at the half-board was literally the same every day and night, very limited options for healthy conscious eaters (we drove every night to Sozopol to have dinner). The food variety catered to the Russian customers, not exactly food preferences. Also, the resort is loud at night with running wild Russian children, who don't seem to care that it's past 11 pm and other kids are sleeping. The pool is nice but it's all marble tile which makes it very dangerous for young bare feet children. The beach is nice, but not as pictured in the ads and you still have to pay to use the umbrella and the chairs.

Review 10：Bautiful, spacious, safe, calm complex. many activities for children, nice and clean pool aria, friendly staff, very good management. The food is excellent.

Review 11：- the fitness center is very small with a small variety of training equipment, on top of that several devices were not working; - the complex has its own sun umbrellas on the beach but they are not included in the price - each one costs 20lv ~10 euro (which is tooo much for Bulgaria);

Review 21：The apartment was located in a building that was in the construction area of the complex, the view was field overgrown with grasses and thorns and buildings under construction. Although we booked apartment with sea view, we got a field of thorns. Cheaper equipment in the rooms corresponding to not more than three stars.Best flat offers Russian tourists. The restaurant tables are not cleaned and the dishes are not cleaning from the table. Lack of parking.

Review 22：Good food, nice beach.

Review 23：-dinner buffet quality was very poor and not well presented; also other restaurants-cafes inside the resort. Food was not a strong point: you would expect a better offer and quality. -we felt staff was not well trained in terms or costumer service and especially english language. We didn't have a curtain shower in the bathroom!; we try so many times to ask for it but seemed they understood we had a different problem, as they sent people to check on the shower itself. In our whole week stay never got the curtain, very disappointing. -Shows (magicians, movies, puppet shows) made in the middle of dinner time at the side of the restaurant, were very annoying!!! -air condition was located just in the living room area of the room. For big rooms with more than one bedroom could be not enough

Review 24：-general facilities: pools, play area, beach area was great (this was a short way walking from the hotel).they have a small grocery shop that provides with the main things you need. -beach itself was beautiful and clean and offered chairs-umbrellas, massage services and some places to have drinks and snacks. -rooms were very well equipped -short way driving to reach Sozopol center
