Review 1：The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The pullout was broken so our son had to sleep on the floor the first night. After talking to the front desk someone was there immediately. They were unable to fix the pullout so they left us a brand new blowup bed on a cot. Very poor cable connection. The small appliances were in poor working condition. After a snow storm the walks and stairs were not shoveled till the end of the next day. There were many stained areas on the carpets. Tiles were broken and missing grout in the ensuite. Generally the whole condo needed updating.

I had asked to book tickets and equipment rental through you but was told you didn't offer that service (though on your site it says I could get 10% off both if I booked through you) - no daily cleaning service - for 3 nights $1600 was a bit steep for this condo.

Review 5：Condo unit was clean and very comfortable.....a bit worn however. Sound proofing left a little to be desired......could hear people's footsteps 2 floors above as they moved about.

Review 7：The staff were all awesome to deal with and very helpful. We had an issue with our reservation and they worked to sort it out quickly, as well as accommodating our request for a lake view without hesitation. I couldn't say enough good things about all of the staff members we dealt with.

Review 8：Unfortunately, there's a race car track 5km away and, as of 9am in the morning, we could hear the cars from inside our room.

Review 9：We were in a very comfortable apartment with all necessities included. We didn't need to go very far and saw a deer nearby. It was very enjoyable. The kids loved the outdoor heated swimming pool with slide.

Review 14：Mold in corner shower tile on lip of bathtub. Uncomfortable standard mattress did not have fitted bottom sheet on mattress only a top sheet which did not fit mattress. When new mattress sheet was requested from front desk, same style of top sheet was dropped off which did not fit mattress. Paint was peeling off deck sticking to bottoms of our feet & shoes which was then tracked in throughout condo. Furniture in living room appeared filthy with torn cushions. Absolutely not to the standards of a 4-5 star hotel. Bathroom shower & tub outdated as well. Lap pool was closed. We specifically chose this resort because it showed a lap pool which we wanted to use on a regular basis. Staff at front desk informed they "did not know why pool was closed". We did use geyser pool & sat on lounge chairs that were falling apart on the arms. We feel when paying full accommodation pricing then ALL ammenadies should be available or pricing should be adjusted accordingly. Same situation with main restaurant and pub which was closed two nights out of our four night stay. Staff informed Chef needed days off. Hire another chef to accommodate those patrons visiting on those days. Pave your driveway completely for cyclists. Could not get a steady wifi connection.

Review 18：no air conditioning made living and sleeping impossible in august holiday littering, faulty microwave and a safe the was not functional. the amount of stairs needed to reach our unit was ridiculous- approximately 25 in all. this is quite challenging with a 14 mth old and three pieces of luggage.

Review 63：From the moment we checked in everything was awful. I have NEVER given a negative review before today. Wifi was essential as my husband was on a working vacation. The Wifi does not work nor does the cable tv. The refrigerator was filthy, the windows did not stay up, the glass shower door was broken and dangerous, the rugs and walls were dirty and the manager was uninterested and rude. We were moved to another unit after the first night and the conditions were no better. We checked out after 2 nights and we had paid for 5 nights. They would not consider a credit, they stated we should take up the issue with booking.com. I have never before had an issue using booking.com.

Review 65：I would have preferred a suite on a single level. It is difficult climbing so many stairs with arthritis in both legs. Other than that it was excellent.

Review 66：It was extremely quiet with a breathtaking view of the mountains and of Lake Mercier. The suite was well furnished and equipped with everything that you would need. It has easy access from the town.

Review 67：We found that the condo needed some general maintenance. The safe didn't work, sliding doors didn't lock, ceiling fan in one room almost falling off ceiling, glass door on fireplace missing, frame on the bedroom door falling off, etc. Just that kind of general up-keep. We were also unaware of the lack of air conditioning and we were there during a particularly hot and humid time.

Review 120：I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The shuttle bus to and from the condo to the ski hill was very convenient it helped a lot with getting around and not having to drive. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable we had a great view to the outside on the forest.

Shuttle service to ski hill was reliable, the first 3 days the bus driver was excellent friendly,spoke English to us very polite , we felt like he was a friend . It would be good if a shuttle was provided in the evening to the village area as all restaurants & pubs were there.

We drove to the reception to find out that way, that it was no longer open. The fire place didn't come with wood or instructions

Review 129：The beds are too bouncy, the main bedroom had very little light, when booking we are not aware of how far we are from the pools/ we weren't given an option, tennis racquets should be available for rent. Overall a bit too pricey compared to similar rooms that are actually in the pedestrian village. Also the website mentions a fireplace and we were not allowed to use it off season, this should have been mentioned.

Review 133：unfortunately the wi-fi wasn't working during the 2 days we stayed. We reported it and the router was replaced but there was still no internet connection - we told the front desk not to bother to come and fix it again because we were leaving soon anyway. Also unfortunately the people in the unit above us had several small children and we had a hard time sleeping because of all the running and jumping that we heard through the ceiling. The dirt road that led to our cabin is rather steep and in poor condition (lots of "moguls") - if we tried to drive uphill slowly sometimes we felt our tires would spin - can the road be smoothed out? (cabin 270-1) We didn't realize from our research ahead of time that the restaurant was only open for dinner. In our cabin (270-1) there were a couple of light bulbs that were out. In the kitchen there was only one small fry pan - could you provide a bit more? If people are going to have to go into town to buy groceries (because the restaurant does not serve breakfast or lunch), then how about providing a detailed map of the town that shows where the grocery stores are?
