Review 1：Bit of mouldy smell in bathroom, but bearable..

Review 2：Good location, nice staff & a plus for the underground parking space( very important in Bulgaria, where we had our car stolen back in 2007!)

Review 3：My only thing is the bed are two singles for a double. Would like to have one double bed as can be uncomfortable with two beds joined together due to middle joint and also the bottom bed sheet doesn't fit the beds so constantly comes away from the edges.

Review 11：Very nice location, big rooms, clean bathroom. Fair breakfast. Good value for the money! They have an underground parking to keep your vehicle safe! But be very careful, the exit from the parking is too tight and you can easily scratch your car.

Review 12：The VIP suite was not as great as described. There was a huge balcony, which was turned into a living room with Jacuzzi which was rather strange. No SAFE, garbage been in the room; no shelves in the bathroom and the amenities (soaps were very bad) The KING bed was actually a joint of two single beds…

Review 26：The heating sistem made the air kinna hard to breath, leaving a 'dusty' senzation. The parking is underground, which is good, but it's very tight. If you have a bigger car, you might not be able to fit it through the ramp and between the poles. The restaurant staff doesn't speak English

Review 29：Rooms are very spacious, and comfortable. We traveled in a group and had a chance to see a double room, a single room and a studio - they were all good. Big bed, it was really a double not two singles joined together. Underground parking was ok. Staff was kind and helpful. Very good location - it is near the centre but it is not in the part of the city with narrow steep oneway streets which could be a challenge for any driver. So choose wisely and book this hotel. Another thing is that one of the days when we were in the city there was a problem with the water supply in the whole area but our hotel has its own back up source, so no trouble for us! That gives them another big plus.

Review 30：It is a great hotel. The stuff speak english and they are really king. The rooms are big also the bathroom. It has parking space and free wifi in room. The breakfast included at the hotel restaurant is good food. The location is 15 min walk from the center.

Indeed, if u drive a Maserati will be hard to park but i'm sure that no one from guys who cry in here drive one. Great restaurant. Breakfast was ok, you can choose. Location is very good, close to Tsarevets. I will return here.

Review 45：Horrible service at the restaurant. Incredibly slow for the breakfast.We had to wait nearly one hour for the breakfast, but the worst was thatwhen one of us got hers, the rest of us has already finished, so wecould not eat together. De did not receive even a word of regret fromthe staff.

Review 48：Hotel staff spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. They have their own parking garage in the basement (free of charge). Location is very good and it's easy to find. The hotel room (Studio) was clean, neat and quiet, and also very spacious. It included a nice big TV and a mini-bar. The snacks and drinks in the mini-bar were very reasonably priced (eg. 1 Euro for a can of beer) - just like the room itself. We stayed here for one night, and would definitely come back again in the future.

Review 51：Everything is OK, except the underground garage. Yes, having a garage for a hotel located in the center is very good. But it is small and tunnel approach is narrow. It's a torture to use it. The water spray in the bathroom was broken.

Review 52：The female receptionist was very polite and of a big help. The room was clean and well equipped. The food in the restaurant is tasty.

Review 53：The cleaners replaced soaps and toilet rolls daily but the the room was not actually cleaned periodically so you may find your bin fills quickly, you are sleeping in the same sheets for a few nights and that your towels are not changed daily. This does not bother me personally, but some may feel the need to prompt the desk staff - it all depends on the calibre of hotel you are used to.

Review 54：The room was a good size for three people. Desk staff all spoke good English, were courteous when prompted, and happy to book reliable taxis for us - but be aware that forthcoming customer service is practically absent, so you have to make the first move if something needs sorting. The adjoining restaurant is a bonus if you like your morning coffee but knowing very basic Bulgarian is a must here (the food is also adequate, albeit slightly inventive, but you can easily find places to eat within 500m of the hotel that offer superb cuisine at draw-dropping prices). This is a no frills establishment - you get a tv with a few international channels, aircon, an adequate bed, and a decent pressure shower. We booked on price and location alone - so if you like your hotels to have all the extras look elsewhere, but otherwise, I would recommend.

Review 82：1) there was black mold on the edges of the bath tub. 2) the WiFi signal was very weak 3) The "provided parking" was terrible. It is too small and overcrowded. It took me 20min to get out of it in reverse. 4) The entry to the parking is good only for high all-terrain vehicles (I scratched the under-body of my car on the way out). 5) There was something placed between the mattress and the sheets. It is not something intended for such use. So the bed was VERY hot and uncomfortable. 6) The A/C couldn't cope and reduce the room temperature, although outside temperature wasn't extremely high. 7) The real price should be less than half of what I paid.

Review 96：There is a very small lift 2 people and 2 suitcases a struggle, to get to our room we had to scale a tight spiral staircase,our room wasn't clean when we arrived and no cleaner came in the first day other than to bring a toilet roll and a bar of soap, our second day saw a cleaner but only to make the beds. There was a bad odour from the floor drain in the bathroom thought our stay and a glass we used on the first night of our stay was still left untouched when we checked out. Why am I not happy with the hotel is that we stayed in the VIP suite !!!!!!

Review 102：The swimming pool is on the roof, very small and the door to it was locked even if they said it's non-stop open. The balcony was small, but we ar not smokers and we didn't need it. If you come in the room at night, you must have a lantern to lock the room from inside, because the lights don't turn on unless you put the key in the special device near the door.

Review 103：The receptionist was very nice and answered all our questions, had a good english and a nice smile. The room was large and clean, the breakfast was ok. There was an underground parking, so, if it's not very crowded (as it is pretty small - around 15 cars) it is relaxing to not warry about your car.

Review 104：The tea and coffee they give for breakfast is not good (ask for the "regular" tea and coffee). Waiters should pay more attention, as it happened many times that we didn't get the order even after asking it for 3 times.

Review 111：Once we found the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room, it was spacious, and we had the luxury of a hot tub in the adjoining the room, the staff were friendly.

Review 112：Breakfast. It's an add on to the room rate. The selection was poorand was in complete contrast to the evening meal. For this reason Iwould not stay here again as there are other holets, which whilst alittle more expensive have good breakfasts.

The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is also good. Just across the street there is a market, a supermarket and it is very close to the main street.
