Review 2：Parking, breakfast, clean enough, cheap It's good if you just need to spend the night and want breakfast the next morning. It is worth exactly what you pay (not in a bad way, just don't expect more)

Review 4：The hotel is located in the old town, which is beautiful and close to lots of sights and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful, spoke English very well and breakfast was amazing, especially the salmon.
Review 5：This was by far the biggest dump I have had the misfortune to pass through.I was screamed at by a young pup as I was late for breakfast by 10mins.and insisted on getting some food as I hadn't eaten the day before. I have type 2 diabetes. (not having been told the hrs. the night before when I had to wait 1hr. for the so called "shuttle" from the airport late at night. This brat of about 25yre. stuck his grotesquely contorted face right in mine and screamed that he was calling the police!! I am a mature single woman. he did and the police took his side and I was thrown out. I said that I should not be charged for 2 ntns. and the brat said my visa card would be reimbursed. As of today 12th Nov. it has not been. I would NEVER recomend this dump for anything other than to be struck off every list in the catering/hotel world. I have NEVER been treated like this in my entire life. I am taking matters up with the Belgium Embassy. Sincerely, Cotchie d'Arcy.

Review 8：Staff were lovely and helpful, calling me taxis and helping with my luggage, they even printed my boarding pass. Ideal place for a cheap stopover as 10mins in the taxi to the airport
Review 9：I would recommend a friend because staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help at all times. Easy access to to the airport, staff will arrange a taxi that will pick you up at the airport but guess has to pay the taxi. I cannot say anything about the food because I wake up very late and I missed the breakfast.
Review 10：Place needs a make over but what do you expect for €39? In Italy you get a villa. In France you get F1 and in Belgium? A first for me anyway. Shower was a dungeon. Bed was pushed against the wall. Burn marks on bedding. I was so tired I did not care. Needs modernising.

Review 18：What you pay is what you get: a cheap room close to the airport. Small room which seemed to be clean, but was old and very smelly. Bathroom also small and started to smell worse once we were using the water. On the phone they told us a price for a taxi to the airport, which seemed to be more expensive upon arrival. We decided to take the car after all. Good solution to spend the night before an early morning flight, otherwise no reason the stay here.
Review 19：I asked for non-smoking... what is on the table: an ash-tray! Staff should LISTEN to requests (like providing non-smoking room, when requested) Not very clean, especially parts of the bathroom. Lack of "finishing touch", like damaged doors, lose baseboard, dirty and greenish tarnish on shower holder etc.

Review 23：Place is about 10km from airport, taxi cost 25€ in evening, daytime about 15€. I got to the place 23.30 door was closed and receptionist was talking on the phone, he showed that he saw me but still let me to wait couple min outside when it's cold and I'm alone standing(female).I don't think it was polite in that case.Room was kind of ok, comfortable bed but pillows could be better. Breakfast nothing special some juice, toast bread or crossant, but anyway it's good that it was included. Ok for one night, but not worth it for value of money you pay.
Review 24：The shuttle did not turn up I made 3 calls made to the hotel and then it arrived 90 mins later It cost me 15 euros from the airport and then the next day 25 euros for the same trip ripped off

The services was excellent and even there were a booth where you can find sufficient information for the city and attractions to visit. Review 28：Nothing to do with the hotel but the town is an absolute dive! Nothing to do there apart from catch the train to Brussels! The hotel room itself was quite dirty and there was a smell like an ashtray in a non smoking room. Shower was awful too. Had to ask staff at least 5 times about our taxi to the airport; lucky that we did because they got the time completely wrong!

Review 34：- We asked for double bed, and received a twin bed room...the beds were the worst I ever slept on before, very unconfortable, and even though we had put them together, the matresses were moving and falling during the night- we payed extra for a free cancelation and pay when arrive room, but instead, the room blocked money on my bank card, summing one night stay, with one week in advance, and even though the hotel said that the money will be unblocked for sure exactly on the day of check-in (or even before), this never happened and the money are still currently blocked in my account - TV was small and very old, and the remote control was not working - the doors from the shower were almost colapsing when using - the parking was free, but it was very small and sometimes it was full, and many cars, including me, had to park on the street (basically illegal parking) - after the first night, on the next morning, at 8 a.m., the cleaning lady tried to get in the room (lucky us that we had the room locked with the key inside in), and of course woke us up - it was supposed to be close to the airport, but there are actually almost 15km as a distance between them, and only way to get there is by car - the hotel looks very bad from the outside (we were actually a bit scared when arrived), and inside looks like a very cheap by-the-hour motel. For the kind of money paid and problems encountered (that can easily destroy your mojo during leisure time), I suggest to avoid this hotel...even for one night stay between flights or something. I will, for sure, NOT come back there, ever again.

Review 44：Water leak in bathroom required room change from ground to first floor. Sounded like a row between a male and female in entrance area late in the night - possibly night staff? - disturbed my sleep.
Review 45：The hotel is further than it seems (I think the distance given is to the nearest part of the airfield, not the terminal. 10-15 minute taxi ride. It is in the middle of a commercial estate so nowhere to go to from it. The first room I was allocated stank of drains, the second less so but the heater had fallen off the wall, the desk was coming away from it, the basin didn't drain, the shower had mould and a sliding door that left a 5cm gap...
