Review 1：The beds were rock hard i had a horrible sleep. The people above us woke up at 5 am and the walls and floors were poorly insulted. Woke up my entire family which made for a horrible day for everyone. Spiders in the room. the thermostat didnt work which made the room uncomfortably hot. The man who checked us in was rude and didnt seem like he cared wether we stayed there or not. Asked where i was headed when i said Richmond he said its only 2 hours away you know.

Review 8：The bed was rock hard and lumpy. It threw my back out and managed to make my right shoulder so tense that I had to be on pain killers and muscle relaxants my whole vacation and I had to get a massage the day after I stayed because I could lift my right arm.

Review 10：Good size rooms; separate bedroom from living/kitchen area. Great value for the dollar. Location great, easy to find (it was pouring rain in the early evening when we arrived). Check-in was easy. Very pet friendly!! Will stay again.
Review 11：A single bed with 2 pillows is used as double bed for 2. Dirtiest bed cover ever. Almost useless wifi at night. Don't be tricked by beautiful pics from outside. Stay away.
Review 12：stairs. saw the brochure of a little cottage and so did not occur to me to ask for a ground level room and was not told that the room was on the second floor, which was very hard for me. Could use and update.

Review 15：We found this little hideaway last minute after a long day of driving...checked in late into the evening. When we woke the next morning we discovered how lovely it really was so decided to slow our trip down and stay one more night and explore the area. We loved the place and the staff were superb!!! We had a family room that worked well for mom dad and 2 teenage boys. We do plan on coming back here next summer and try out one of the little cottages.
Review 16：When we first went into the room there was a moist smell. Much like that which I have experienced in Japan homes. I think it is just the humidity in the region. We did get used to it and enjoyed our stay.
Review 17：We totally enjoyed the fact that the room had only one bed. We were there only to sleep and it worked perfect. We forgot my husbands jewelry and when I called about it they were very good, and held it at the office till we returned 4 days later.
Review 18：Inexpensive room which used after a long drive from north. Arrived at midnight and checked in no problem. Comfy bed. This is an older motels and smaller room. Aircon was great and very welcome
Review 19：The walls are paper thin, so we were kept awake (there was a crying baby downstairs, might as well have been in the same room). I was expecting it to be dated, so no points lost there, but the bed was really hard. Also a bit disappointed with the pool hours: it closes at 9pm and doesn't open till 11am. We missed the chance of a dip entirely.

Review 24：The family suite had three double beds-two of them in a separate cool, dark, and quiet room. A nice outdoor pool set in the afternoon sun and the kids loved being surrounded by trees and mountains which you could see from the room.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The motel location was excellent- right off the highway so we didn't have to drive around to get on the highway.

The family rooms are basic but plenty ifyou're on a budget or have a bigger family (like us). We would stayagain I'm a heart beat.

Review 120：The quiet sounding, fresh air and green neighbors around the cabins. Staff is friendly. We are glad that the cabin has a full kitchen and separate sleep rooms We had a good sleep in this nice place after a driving and outdoor activities.
Review 121：We came to stay at here thinking it would still be the old motel we stayed a long time ago. What a surprise !!! The motel has been renovated and was very nice. I couldn't have asked for more. Owner was fantastic and treated us very well. The room was clean and very comfortable. From now on I will stay here when I am in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
