Review 1：What spoiled our experience was the smell of smoke in the bedrooms we looked at and in the general areas of the hotel. Did not feel that the owners understand that many Europeans live in countries where smoking is restricted and that we expect non-smoing facilities when travelling. Bulgaria has a lot to do in this field as do many other East European countries.

Review 2：In a quiet location not far from the centre-10 min walk. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast included.

Review 3：Nothing bad just a little far from the beach but by step it takes 20minutes so nothing uncomfortable. Great hotel at least !

Review 5：Parking is a nightmare. The streets are narrow full of cars. When we asked if there was somewhere to park which the particulars suggested we were told that we had to find somewhere on the street. Spoiled our stay.

Review 17：The hotel was clean and 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The staff was extremely kind. They helped us, at any time of the day and night, to solve our problems with transports to leave Varna: they checked on the web, made a lot of calls, etc. They were always very helpful (we could decide the time for having breakfast, etc.)

Review 20：Because the hotel is in a residential area the view is of blocks offlats and it was a 10/15 minute walk to Varna centre. Thisdidn't bother me but some people might not like it.

Review 21：The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, well furnishedand clean - it was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided.Wireless internet was free, there was a 37" flat screen tv and airconditioning. The price was very reasonable. There is a handy shop a fewyards away.

Review 22：Simple but good, some very smart ideas in the hotel. The Comfort roomwas surprisingly big and spacious, and the kettle & teas in the roomwere a nice touch. They even left single-use slippers in the room, thething people always forget to bring while travelling! Well done.
