Reviews for B&B-Restaurant Porte de la Lienne

Review 1:Very friendly hosts, good breakfast, good menu for dinner, charming building and room, the games you can borrow (cards, Jenga, Monopoly and more), the walking maps we could borrow, beautiful surroundings (lovely hilly foresty hikes very close by, and caves).

Review 2:* Although the owner sends and e-mail after booking, explaining that this is an old railway station, and the train tracks are still in use, (...so please do not complain about the noisiness), one does wonder when the first train passes: why? why have a b&b here? Really not what one expects from a quiet week-end in the Ardennes.

Review 3:The owners are very welcoming and hard working. The place has character, decoration suits the building well. The location is ideal for hiking and can be easily found by car.

Review 4:Slight smell from the floor, could have been a dirty mop head.

Review 5:This is a fantastic location in an absolutely beautiful and friendly country. Excellent food from Mary and Frank cooks a lovely boiled egg! Only 5 miles or so from the major non toll motorway to Luxembourg or France. planning on staying there again next year to tour Belgium . Thank you.

Review 14:Food and service all first class, room was spotlessly clean, this wasn't the first time we've stayed here and hope it won't be the last.

Review 17:No door on bathroom just a curtain.

Review 18:The hotel was first class, the friendly owners who spoke perfect English could not do enough for us, my wife has an eating disorder when asked about food she could eat which wasn't on the menu they went out of their way to do this for her, the food is top class. When we said we had to leave early on our last night they packed us a breakfast to take with us. In ask we had a wonderful stay and will stay there when we return to that party of Europe, which I hope will be soon.

Review 19:There really wasn't anything to dislike.
