Review 1：There were frogs, snakes and many insects in our room. The hotel manager told us that we were in nature. The bedding was old and stained, the room smelled of moth balls and overpowering bathroom cleaner. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and did not work well. The beds were old and not comfortable. The breakfast very simple and limited. We were told that the WIFI would work, but it did not work in our room or in any of the public areas. We love the Brotas area, but would never stay at this place again.

Review 4：The meals were bad, empty plates in the buffet and the staff, the waiters, stayed in the kitchen talking. We had to ask for everything, from cups till bread, juice, cheese, fruit. It was terrible!!! The cleaner told me at 10 in the morning that I had to go out imediatly from my bangalo otherwise she would not clean it.
