Review 1：Wifi is slow and unreliable. Restaurant is rather average and the staff is not that kind there either.
Review 2：Easy to find, clean rooms, nice views to the surrounding mountains. Wide variety for the breakfast. Free parking.
Review 3：We didn't realize we should have taken the key with us rather than leaving it at reception. Shortly before 22pm we were locked out already. We found a chef of the restaurant who called the owner, who let us in. No big deal and crisis well handled.

Review 6：the owners ( i guess) are super customer-oriented and introduced us fantastic hiking trials on day 1 and day 2. We are very happy with the trials. The food in the restaurant is a big delight surprise. As a vegetarian, it was a painful dinning experience when I was traveling. In this restaurant, they have great tasty veggie salad and pizza ( potatoes with cheese). the service is great, both the lady in the bar and the lady with red eyeshadow are fantastic.
Review 7：The church bells ringing every hour but that had nothing to do with the hotel. Although on the main road it was relatively quiet.

Review 22：A very warm, friendly and accomodating hotel with excellent facilities and helpful and informative management and staff. The restaurant offers a very good variety of well prepared food and excellent service. The room I occupied was clean and comfortable. The location in Zernez is excellent as the train station is about 10 minutes walk away; the National Park centre about 5 minutes; and the nearest bus stop about 5 minutes also. WiFi and sauna facilities are available and an excellent shiatsu/massage which I can strongly recommend. Access to the local baths is also possible. One of the best hotels I have frequented in Switzerland.
