Review 1：High price, but fair considering our experience
Review 2：Great hotel, close to train station (perfect to catch the Bernina Express) and city center (is a small city). Big room, clean, with balcony and amazing view. Extremely friendly staff, especially at breakfast, which by the way was the best of our trip (we visited 8 cities)

Review 5：perfect location, next to the bus/train station, especially if you want to catch the Bernina Express the nest morning. clean,modern and quiet rooms,in triple room we got 2 single beds and one big sofa helpful and polite stuff, we arrived late and were hoping to have a dinner, girl at the reception gave us a map and suggest us a couple of restaurants which were still opened, cuz in Chur for some reasons at 7pm most of the caffe/restaurants already closed or full of people...streets are totally empty, like in horror movies excellent buffet breakfast.

Review 9：We stayed one night in September after taking the Bernina Express from Tirano. The hotel is very close to the railway station and it was the main reason we chose this hotel. Coming out from the station, turn left and there is the hotel. It is also close to the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were prompt and efficient. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful.

Review 11：We arrived at one o'clock and was told our room was not ready, even though the hotel seemed mostly empty. They held our bags, which was great and told us to come back at 3 o'clock. Now being a traveler I can understand all this. But another couple walked in after us and checked right in and went to their room. That left me with a kind of empty feeling.

Review 16：The hotel was very handy for the railway station, being about 150 paces away, which was important as we had to catch the 08:32 Bernina Express and I didn't want a long walk or taxi ride. It was clean, very modern with friendly staff and a good breakfast choice. It will be my first choice of hotel if I am ever in Chur again.
Review 17：The beds were tired and sagged in the middle. The discomfort was compounded by the fact that they are surrounded by wooden frames so you sink into the bed lower than the frame and it hurts to crawl out over it. I did reply to the hotel's invite to tell them about your stay and the person who wrote me back said it must be my own idiosyncrasy as they usually get good reviews on their beds. I would rather he say that he'd look into it because I told him the room number and which side was most offensive. Even if they pride themselves on bed softness, it is possible for mattresses to wear out.
Review 18：Location next to train station worked very well for our needs. And the room had a Nespresso coffee maker and a leather sofa so we had a bit of a lounge area which is unique in Switzerland and was welcome for sitting back and trip planning.
Review 19：The hot water wasn't working throughout the whole hotel and no offer of compensation or goodwill was offered. Not happy with that. Not a good start to the day.....

Review 21：Service was bad, unfriendly even aggressive. Air conditioning was not available although was mentioned on the website and we booked the most expensive room available. Personnel argued that AC on the website does not mean you get it in the room - unbelievable! Very bad performance for the price, we will certainly warn our friends never to go to ABC hotels!

Review 24：The friendly and attentive staff, the yummy breakfast and the standard of my room which for a single room was large as was the bed. It was very quiet in the hotel and i could not hear the traffic outside but it is not on a main road which helps. There was a coffee machine in the room with cups and mugs for tea and coffee. An iron was provided on request. The hotel is just a minutes walk from the train station and is also close to ths main shopping area and the old town. I decided to change my hotel to the ABC and im glad i did as i could not fault it.

They decorated our rooms beautifully (at no extra cost) because we were on our honeymoon. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and very helpful - they took out several printouts for us for free.

Finally, a good value for Switzerland! We had always seen Chur as the passthrough for areas like Lenzerheide and Arosa, but it is very charming in its own right. Highly recommended city and hotel!
Review 58：The light stand that provides the main illumination in the room takes some getting used to. The sauna facility is quite ordinary. There is only one sauna room, I've stayed in other hotels in Switzerland with 3 rooms of different temperatures plus a separate relaxation room which for me is more comfortable. This is not a "deal breaker" though for me as I would still prefer to return.
Review 59：The staff at the reception (both night shift and morning shift) were excellent. Probably the first thing I will remember when thinking of the hotel experience I had are my interactions with them. They really felt sincere and made me feel at home and comfortable. The wifi is great, while the TV has a nice selection of channels. The location is excellent, very close to the hotel and very easy to find. There is also a lot of establishments nearby for dining and shopping. The old town, which I could say is one of the highlights of Chur, is accessible from the hotel.

Review 61：Friendly and efficient staff. The room was modern and clean with an Nespresso machine, which also provided hot water for tea (but take your own tea!). Breakfast was very good. Just a very short walk to the train station, which was our reason for choosing it, as we were going on the Bernina Express.

Review 63：breakfast is cold and limited, although i did get fried eggs twice otherwise only hot food is scrambled eggs and warm bacon.No place to sit out front and smoke.Had a problem with fellow loud guests talking on cell phone at 520 am outside my door. There is no grass near the hotel only concrete and ashphalt.

Reception helpful though she could have told us about the Chur summer festival which took over the town but was great fun. Breakfast average but no complaints.

I have several reservations at the property over 7 weeks, and return every 2 years.Drunks and taxis out front, Part time weekend manager uselss, would not call cops, I had to go in to the street with beer mugs THREATENING people. When I return i want a discount from owner. Breakfast is limited, no place to sit outside when you smoke.They also forgot extra Pillows.
