Review 1：sofa bed very bad, not comfortable at all rooms were swept only once and We had no bloom to sweep by ourselves as my two little girls happily played in messy rooms and but I will still recomend

Review 3：We are family to go for the holidays for three days and rent a car. First day, the car mirror was broken over night and second day, had been issued a car parking ticket, hotel has no idea to deal with. We have to contact local authority to sort out, it was a pain, no car parking space at all:(

Review 4：The location is not central, however, the facilities is quite good, the little kid enjoy the indoor pool very much as well as we enjoy the sea-view room!

Review 5：Old furniture, the bed and the matrace was a disaster to sleep in. The place is not very children friendly since the indoor pools are only accesible with children for a few hours only.

Review 9：No internet in rooms. Indoor pool was opened for children only some hours a day. We had late flight and arrived to the hotel with children at 3 o'clock at night and then it was impossible to pay because the hotel's card terminal didn't work and we were told we can pay in the morning. And in the morning the middleaged lady who worked in the reception this day started to call us already around 8 o'clock waking us all up, despite she knew we arrived at 3 o'clock at night!!! When I told her that we arrived only at 3 o'clock, she told only "I know, I know, I know" – like I would have apologized that we hadn't payed yet, although I just draw her attention that she was very impolite calling so early. Seemed she didn't understand at all that it is not acceptable to call like this so early! But she was the only not nice and impolite receptionnist, the others were nice, some even super nice and helpful.

Review 11：accomodation was horrific. we got moved after complaining. a number of others staying there had issues and couldnt be moved. it seems a number of their apartments are sub standard. the apt we moved to was better although still basic but not near as bad as first apt. first apt was horrible - broken tv, brown stained couch and no light. worst accomodation ever stayed in and I have backpacked the world.

Review 21：Our apartment was huge and had the most amazing views. It is definitely worth paying a bit extra for the sea view and make sure it is a front sea view overlooking the swimming pool and not a side sea view which is not so good. We were on the 4th floor and we were told by other guests that the rooms on the lower floors were not quite so good. However, whatever room you get, it is in a fantastic location.

I booked a single large bed and got 2 small single beds. No Internet in the room only in the lounge and sometimes connexion was out. For sure I will not recommend this hotel and will never go there again!

Review 28：This hotel is not worthy of its 4* status. At best it's 2*. It's very dated and in need of full refurbishment. The management is very poor! The maintainence is very poor! The staff are ignorant! The pool is across the road.. Not ideal for small children. The pool area is dangerously slippery. The wifi is virtually non existent! We made several complaints while we were there and no action was taken.

Lifts tiny. barely fit and a small pram and family . Prices do not reflect standard of accommodation . No bus to village . Only bus back.

Review 41：The road traffic noise and noise from late night revellers returning kept us awake or a few nights. The room below us was occupied by a group of young lads. On two nights they were very noisy and kept us awake until 7am. Complaints to reception did not result in any action.

Review 42：A bonus having two bathrooms and separate bedrooms. The room was very spacious and well maintained and great sea views. Good access to local buses and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Review 43：Wifi only in lounge area on ground floor. They're not doing beds everyday only fresh towels are given and bins are emptied. Toiletries are given only on arrival so if you staying longer you have to pay for those as well.

I've been to 5 star hotels, and 7 star hotels around the world, and yet none of them had a receptionist as sweet, as smart, and as fun as Lilian... Bit quiet for younger travellers but public transport is really cheap & bugibba & st julian are only 10 mins away. view was fab from our apartment. Diving centre beside hotel. Apartments are well equipped. A nice restaurant/bar in hotel which serves really nice well priced food as well as a range of fab restaurants beside hotel. Supermarket in hotel. Hop on - hop off bus tour straight across the road. Pool is included and wifi is free in the public areas. Public areas are cosy. Would be better if it was in the rooms. Would def recommend & would def stay here again.

Review 62：The hotel is on the beach. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and large. Our room was 40 m 2. There was a bathroom, a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious and cheap food. The bus stops in front of the hotel. Wifi is only in the lobby, but it works well. This hotel is perfect. A szálloda közvetlenül a tengerparton van. A személyzet abszolút barátságos és segítőkész. A szobák nagyok, kényelmesek és tiszták. A mi szobánk 40 m2 volt, volt benne nappali, háló, fürdőszoba és konyha teljesen felszerelve. A szálloda étterme finom és olcsó ételeket kínál. A busz a szálloda mellett áll meg, minden könnyen elérhető. A wifi csak a hallban működik, de jól. Ez a hotel tökéletes választás.

Review 75：- if you are young, definitely choose different location on Malta, - do not take room next to elevator - the sound in the room is horrible, - do not take the street view room as the hotel on the other side of the street has karaoke and live singing performances every second day, it sounds like the Eurovision song contest is just in your closet, - rooms are being cleaned once in 3 days and the definition of 'cleaned' is vague - after 2 weeks of stay we still couldn't see the difference if the sheets wouldn't been changed, - hotel has shop with out-of-date food (it can be also delivered to the room), - reception staff is probably underpaid, because they do only what is necessary (they are not rude, not nice - don't care mode), - you need to leave room till 10am, - 5 EUR breakfast buffet available in the hotel restaurant - not worth a penny, - definitely no Internet in the rooms provided by hotel (even if you want to pay for it). You can use public provider called ozone, - fee for safe (?!) - 2 EUR per day, - very 90s TV - 10" - with the selection of 8 (eight) channels.

Review 83：Air conditioning automatically switches off at 10am until 3pm - not what you would expect for the rate you are expected to pay. Kitchen facilities very poor - have to request a microwave (very old one). Rooms facing east or west are unbearably hot with no a/c between 10 and 3.

Told the receptionist Charmaine who was veryhelpful and it was replaced the next day with a normal double mattresswhich was comfortable but we had to keep sofa bed out as unable to folddown. Review 89：We (2 adults with our 13 year old daughter) intended to stay for 6 days in this resort. However at our arrival we were told that we are overbooked and we would get transferred (by taxi) to a nearby hotel to stay there for 3 nights, and for the remaining 3 we would have to move back to Sunny Coast. The lady at the reception desk (Mrs. Lillian Cutajar) didn't seem to have any need to express any apology, just saying 'such things just happen'.We got a reasonable room at the other hotel, but without the promised 'sea view'. The staff there was extremely nice and helpful, in contrast to the first one.3 days later we had to leave that apartment at 10 AM and we came back, as agreed, to the Sunny Coast Resort. The lady at the reception desk didn't seem to remember our case at all, and eventually she agreed that we come back later at the afternoon, when our room is ready. Luckily we were allowed to leave our luggage at the lobby (actually without any surveillance – accessible for everyone). Practically we were homeless for the most of this day, although we had paid for it! After our return at the evening the same lady at the reception desk still didn't remember our case, she could not find our booking papers (left there at the morning) and behaved in a very impolite manner – she obviously hated her job (there is a solution to that). Before even letting us to see our apartment she rudely required that we pay beforehand for the stay. I was eventually allowed to see the rooms under the guard of some other lady, before I paid.The apartment was good enough to stay for the next 3 days, but of the sea view was only a remote horizon to see over the roof of some penthouse. We were instructed by phone how to unfold the couch for our daughter (we had to do it ourselves, no-one would come). The airco was inefficient and noisy. The Wi-Fi was available only at the lobby, and then curiously limited to 1 hour and only with special login tickets.

Review 96：The location isn't great, it's 20 minutes walk into town. The decor is extremely old, the towels smell like vinegar and overall there's a 'cheap' feeling to the hotel that isn't reflective of it's fairly expensive price. The restaurant downstairs is average (although the one next door is OK) and the beach out the front is NOTHING like the pictures suggest. Yes, there's a big pool area but the nice beaches are all in surrounding areas. Much better to stay in Bugiba square or in the surrounding towns of Sliema.
