Review 1：1. No electronic kettle to heat up water. 2. Receptionist seems cant speak english, but the waitresses in restaurant can.

Review 6：A wonderful hotel with a good location in central Zernez. The room was absolutely beautiful (wood-panelled) and extremely spacious, including a large bathroom with a bath. Staff were extremely helpful and we had a good evening meal in the restaurant downstairs. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and we hope to return some day.
