Review 1：we have been three nights in the hotel. The second night we took a blanket which was full of worms. We had to change the bed by ourself. Any apolagies from the management the day after. Is not what hospitality is.

Review 2：Room was not the most pleasant. Bedsheets didn't fit the mattress properly which meant I woke up with half my head on the bare (how clean?) mattress. Bathroom was average. Shower levelled with the floor and no partition except a curtain. There was a wedding party in the restaurant the night we arrived and the reception staff kindly warned us upon arrival that there would be noise until 12pm - this was NOT mentioned in the booking. During weekdays, you've got to pay extra to park your car outside (5levs/day if I remember correctly).

Review 7：Excellent location, right in the centre of the beautiful pedestrianized street. The neightbourhood was safe and perfect for people-watching. A walk to the beach took about 7 min. The staff were friendly. The room service was excellent.

Review 11：I liked very much the rooms, very clean and large. The location is perfect, right in the midle of the city center, close to reataurants and bars. The beach was only at 3 minutes walk. The park is close also to the hotel. I highly recommand it. For sure, I will come back.

Review 116：There wasn't restaurant at the hotel and breakfast was served across the street on Bistro Europe. Only two type of breakfast, both were mainly bread. Our room was a bit stuffy, there were cigarette marks on carpet. There was ants. Also, lobby bar didn't seem to have anything to serve, instead there was bar 911 downstair, which was erotic bar... Rooms didn't have very good soundproofing, we heard lots of noises from room next to us.

Even though some minor issues at the beginning with the AC they promised it would be fixed within the next two hours, which they did even faster. Stayed at two studios and have absolutely no complaints. Rooms were nice and comfy and the location is just perfect for shopping and getting a Feel of Varna. Very close to the beach alley and a number of nice restaurants and night clubs. Highly recommended for a budget visit with no worries on the quality of services.
