Review 1：The WiFi is not at a high speed, but still, it's free! Avoid the coffee at breakfast, it's probably the only weak thing to mention - but maybe they will read and do it better next year.

Review 2：Close to the beach, Belle View is an excellent place to stay at a good price. The furniture is new, the beds are big and comfortable, it is a very quiet area and a very clean place. They change the towels every day, put soap and bath gel whenever it was the case. The pool is large, starting from 1m to 1.5m, excellent for a refreshing swim after beach. The breakfast is repetitive, but lot of food to choose from. The personnel doesn't speak English (but one nice lady), still they try to be kind and helpful. The garage is a good idea for keeping the car far away from the heat, for 4 euros/day. If not, there are lots of places to park near the hotel, most of them on a field near the alley. For lunch and dinner we recommend to try the wonderful traditional meal in Kranevo, there are some very good options at a walking distance.

Review 4：Generally was very good. The only personnel was constantly smiling, happy and very friendly - housekeeping ladies, the rest need to improve: to smile, to be more friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily.

Review 6：The location of the hotel is comfortable because it is close to the beach; the rooms are cleaned everyday; the breakfast is delicious and various. The pool is clean. The staff is friendly.

Review 8：The price was quite ok. Good value for money within walking distance to the beach and restaurants in the centre. Kranevo is not really a special place. The hotel is quiet at night. Swimming pool was ok.

Review 9：It is an excellent location, at a very good price, better as in the description . Our vacancy was excellent, better as in Italy or Greece. It is in reality as a 4 stars hotel. All the indicators we are marking with "excellent".

Review 10：The personnel was very unprofessional. We have arrived at the hotel at 10 AM and at the reception they told us that we have to wait until 2 PM to get the rooms. After us, other tourists arrived at the hotel. We went to drink something at the hotel restaurant while we were waiting and when we came back all the tourists that came after us were already checked in. Of course, for us there was no room available and they told me to wait until 2 PM because the room needs to be cleaned. At 2 PM & 2:10 PM I went there again to ask and they said that they do not know anything about the room, the cleaning is not done and I have to wait. I asked them when the room will be available and the answer was with a very relaxed and indifferent tone : "I don't know. Please wait". Just when I was about to blow up, I was called to the reception at 2:20 PM to get my room. (20 min after their official check in time). The check in took about 30 minutes because the woman from the reception looked like it was the first time she has seen a reservation made on Booking.com. Her English was very pour (she can barely speak 2-3 words in English - this is not acceptable for persons hired to work at the reception where you have foreign tourists). She called a colleague of hers who spoke even worse English. Se finally called a third colleague who spoke better English and they stood for about 10-15 minutes discussing about the rates and the conversion they have to do (from Euro to Leva, because you can only pay with Leva). I think they recalculated everything from scratch in Leva, without taking into consideration the amount listed in the Booking.com reservation. Of course they do not explain you anything. I asked for dinner(it was not included and I had to pay 6 euro per day for it) and they told me it is too late today to ask for dinner because I have to announce this before 2 PM every day.

Review 11：The rooms are nice, pretty clean and new. The pool was nice and the food at breakfast and dinner was also good, but not so variate, the staff at the restaurant was also ok.
