Review 1：Dirty,uncomfortable bed,the worker do not communicate between them,noise early in the morning,no bar,air condition directly in the face and cannot change

Review 3：Pool is absolutely great! Nice view from pool to the sea. Laundry was good with acceptable prices, friendly staff. Room was ok but basic and small. Relaxing hammocks on the balcony.

Review 5：Great location close to the center and only 5min walking to the 2nd beach. Tasty breakfast, at afternoon Pousada offers free coffee and tea with cake. Great pool to relax. Very clean rooms, basically the whole hotel is well maintained (garden, pool etc.)

Review 7：The location with the outstanding sea view is great. The hotel is on a hill so there is stairs and walking uphill: you have to be fit. But it seemed to be no problem, because the guests were young and mostly male. The premises are clean and well kept. The pool area is small, bur very nice, especially when there was no many guests staying. The breakfast is good: every morning there is different fresh pastry and juices are varying, too. The juices are lovely, for instance cupuacu and cajá.
Review 8：very slow wifi breakfust: the fresh juices were diluted with a lot of water charged credit card the day that I booked .... so that I could not pay in cash.
Review 9：very comfortable, clean and warmhearted hotel. nice infinity pool with breathtaking hill and see view. good lokaded with stores just around the corner. good breakfast and free coffee later in the afternoon. morro de SP is a little paradise with mindblowing beaches. the island is like an own cute little world with no cars. and you see people that you met always at least twice. this makes this place unique. no criminality at all there.
Review 10：I had a terrible experience with the online booking as I kept receiving messages about my credit card was invalid (despite trying with 2 different credit cards), but it turns out, as it was explained to me by another local hotel operator, that Vista Bela might have been overbooked but then they didn't want to admit to it, hence these untrue credit card messages. I find this practice irresponsible as the potential problem with my credit cards had caused deep concern for me especially while I was travelling.
Review 11：We asked to extend one day more, but they told us there had no rooms. Then asked others the same but for several days more and they gave them a room. We complained but nothing.

Review 17：The room, although not massive, has a good size for a couple. They aremissing a better wardrobe, but that's alright. Very clean bathroom, allin order. Wifi works stable, that was good. Breakfast is amazing, fivestars for the hotel. Not in front of the ocean, but it's a 2 minuteswalk to the Primeira Praia and 4 minutes to the Segunda Praia. Irecommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morro.
Review 18：When we checked-in, the receptionnist did not speak English to us anddid not even try or look for someone who could speak English. No onefrom the Reception staff could speak English, which made it hard tocommunicate! Both staff from the restaurant and the reception were notwelcoming, helpful or nice with us. Only the housekeeper smiled at us.
Review 19：We have loved the location because it was near the beach (5 minuteswalking distance). The pousada is really charming (made of wood in themiddle of flowers, trees and grass). The swimming pool is big with aview on the ocean! Our room was always clean. The breakfast offeredvarious food (fruits, home made fresh fruit juice, several cakes, bred,ham, cheese, cereals...) and it was delicious!
Review 20：Amazing breakfast - huge choice and great opportunity to try out thelocal cuisine. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Pool is smallbut perfectly adequate for a dip to cool down from the mid day heat.Recommend this hotel for location, value for money and facilities.
Review 21：The breakfast should start being served earlier. It's served from 08:00 to 10:00. The sun riises at 5:30 so by 8:00 you really wish to be already on the beach and I noticed that some of the guests were kind of hanging around before 8 waiting for it. Believe me the sun is already burning down by 8.
Review 22：Everything!!! Perfect location, near small town Center and not far from beach 4( which is the best one with natural pools and less crowed! Amazing breakfast, I was impressed as they change it everyday ! Even the food served in the restaurant is of high quality! I work in the industry in London and I know what I'm talking about. I found this place superb and strong believe it is managed by someone with a good background in the hospitality industry.
