Review 1：This hotel is almost close to a 3 stars hotel. The photos are very misleading, the rooms are small. We got to the hotel late in the night and it was freezing in the room, the heating didn't work in any other room and we had to sleep with tick clothes on us. The bathroom was smelling like salt and the bed was not so amazing.

Review 3：They didn't had the room that was booked but they give us an apartment with a great view and sauna (no extra charges). Friendly staff and good placement.

Review 4：Excepting the staff, witch was good, everything else wasn't 4 stars. For example: - sheets, towels and other textile are verry old and used - mold în the bathroom - dirty stairways and hall - old inconfortabile bed left me with a backeache after 2 nights of sleep - wellnes spa is a joke

Review 30：The facilities were very old. The pool was covered and looked like it wasn't used for ages, the water looked dirty. The breakfast was not satisfactory, all products were of very low quality. It was extremely warm in the room and we couldn't cool the room down as the air conditioning was not working properly. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here in the future.

If the walls are paint in white would be excellent as the rooms are small. - Rooms need more sockets - Sheets and pillowcase need whitening - Breakfast is good but need warming staff on the tables for the warm kitchen cause they become cold. The hotel could become a real 4 star with small investment and will no have competition among similar hotels in Veliko Tarnovo.

Review 35：The hotel is with excellent city center location, very centric. Good for in week business travel. Rooms are small but quite if you choose rooms from behind main street. The staff is really friendly and helpful, very polite. Small details like fruits and champagne when we arrived in our room.

Review 36：To start, the staff was so impolite. They were bothered by every single thing we would ask: to give me a non-broken iron (how difficult is in 21 century to buy an iron with no rust and broken peaces??), to book the light show for us, etc. Despite and existing luggage room, we had to put ourselves our luggage under a table in the business center, where no one could guarantee its safety while we were away. The room was extremely miserable - no air conditioning (it was 25 degrees but we could no cool it down because of central system), shower with low pressure and bad smell, dirty walls, cheap bathroom amenities. We did not even dare having breakfast - the restaurant was ugly and dodgy, like at a train station. Overall, we will not come back to this hotel where we did not feel safe, respected and convenient.

Review 38：- There was an abandoned spider web over our bed - The Electricity power box in the room was unbelievably noisy, we had to switch it off for the night... so we couldn't get our cell phones charged - The hotel interior seems to have been updated more than 10 years ago. For the exterior - may be no updates at all

Review 46：I could say that the walls are thin or maybe the door is not perfect isolated, since you can hear pretty much everything that happens on the hall. Except that, everything was perfect.

Plus it has a private parking and I consider this a plus since there is almost no place to park the car on the small streets of the old city. The breakfast was also very good and the menu varied. Review 53：the stuff were helpfull but only after we asked for several times. breakfast was very basic. it seems only 1 girl took care of everything and she could not keep up so there was always something missing: bowles, cups, juice, cofee etc

Review 55：- even the breakfast was from 7:00am to 10:30am, at 9:00am I could hardly find something to eat. I had to ask to bring me some tomatoes, scrambled eggs, cheese or juice. They brought a new plate with scrambled eggs which were very cold. Just minutes before they cleaned a table near me and took from there some eggs, which were left by the tourists. So, I am very sure that they brought the same eggs again. - at the checkout they told me that I cannot pay by credit card, as the POS is broken. So I had to go outside and find an ATM to withdraw some money.
