Review 1：The only bad thing was the weather. We could be enjoyed in summer time much more. The shower section should be closed with a door or the barrier could be more longer. Because toilet floor is getting wet and no way to drain that water.

Review 2：Staff is one of the best I have ever seen. Especially the lady on the reception is the customer face of this hotel. Such a kind and warm welcome. They helped us in every request. Breakfast was also delicious. Rooms are quite good and comfortable. Bikes are quite good opportunity to have a city tour.

Review 6：The staff was always smiling and willing to help and they always asked us for feedback which was really nice. The room was spacious and we got a free upgrade to the deluxe suite. The access to the bathroom was odd with a glass door but otherwise ok. We got some L'Occitane products for bath and there was free wifi all around. The breakfast was ok and the location of the hotel near the Sea Garden was great. The access is a little off but you'll find your way after a few turns.

The option to take the hotel's bicycles & tour the area (espacially the park) is excellent Breakfest was excellent as well

Review 18：The hotel is located in an excellent, central location in downtown Varna. It is in the walking distance from Varna Garden, Varna - tourist boulevard to the Varna Cathedral, which is a cultural monument.

The hotel is in an excellent location next to the very center entrance of the Sea Gardens, close to a lot of beach-front bars and restaurants. The facilities are brand new, modern and comfortable.

Review 23：I just loved everything during my stay in Varna. Excellent place to rest after long day of working. Chill out music at the restaurant and bar. The food and service was excellent!! The staff was helpful and very professional. It was pity to leave this place.

Review 24：Heating in the room cannot be stopped or reduced. Minimum temperature in the room was 25C with dry air 20%rh. This is the only disappointing fact about this hotel.

Review 25：Hotel is nice and modern stile. Rooms are nice and clean, well equipped. Sauna is clean. Breakfast was tasty. Complimentary bottle of water every day.

Review 26：Minor things: Paying extra for squeezing oranges to make fresh orange juice (so you're paying for the fact that staff loses 1,5 minutes squeezing them). If you just want an orange, you can take one for free. More hotels have this policy, but I think it is strange. Towels do not need to be changed every day (better for environment!)

Hotel is very well situated : next to garden main entrance, sea, bars and restaurants (100m only). Breakfast was nice with excellent real french-style croissants, and other stuff (omelets, jam, nice cheese, ...). I recommend!

Also, the staff is careful and friendly, they surprised us on my husband`s birthday: they sent in our room a very good bottle of wine with compliments <3. Review 35：Everything ! This is boutique hotel, enough far from crowdy places and enough close to the beach and main avenue. The hotel is new, with nice deisgn. Excellent breakfast. Freindly and helpfull staff. You will be surprised but the room was made twice a day ! Certainly I will return

We asked for help for the best option to get to Bucharest and she shearched for options and then came back with the most suitable option for us, and in in fact we followed her suggestion and was perfect. Breakfast, location and wi-fi were very good.
