Review 1：My room didn't have safety box. Air conditioner control didn't work, complained several times yet nobody fixed it. My room was for 2 people and I paid a good amount of money for it, yet they wouldn't want to let me in with a guest. For this, I will not return to this hotel.

Review 7：The bathroom is not cleaned enough and the towels doesn't smell good. During the breakfast with a lot of people I was able to see some ham in contact with the wall.

Review 17：We really liked the location with access to the main strip. The grounds were nicely kept and the pool was very nice and relaxing and so were the leisure areas. We had good warm water in our shower and the maids kept the room clean everyday. I would say the breakfast is about as good as you will find anywhere else. Lots of fresh fruit, eggs, juices, and coffee.

Review 19：We were booked for a room for three people because it was the only available room at the time, when we got to the hotel we asked for a double room with hammock! The personell were very helpful and gave us a betrer room the next day when it was available. Superb location to the beach and everything else in the main street of pipa!
