Review 1:not a criticism but an observation.. Stairs were a little steep for the elderly.
Review 2:Idyllic location on the road between Poperinghe and Watou. Quiet, peaceful and very clean. Lovely gardens with hops, grapevines, chickens and goats. Great breakfast and friendly couple running it. There was even a fridge full of beer and cold drinks to purchase from. Very nice indeed.
Review 3:A little isolated.Stairs a bit steep with small treads
Review 4:Breakfast high quality though limited in choice. The owner asked if we wanted eggs which she did (as an omelettte) to order and were delicious Self service beer etc in fridge in lounge . On a quiet country lane
Review 5:No TV in bedroom.
Review 6:Location was good. Own parking excellent. Good kitchen facility for guest use. Very friendly and helpful owners. Good heating in bedroom. First class breakfast served at 06.30 hours on the day of the rally. Would certainly return again.
Review 7:Easy to find. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Excellent mini kitchen and lounge for visitors. Good breakfast, well though out and presented. Some road noise but very much minimised by good double glazing.

Review 21:Friendly staff, great food, nice place
Review 22:Very slight criticisms was it was a bit out of Ypres for me, but this did not detract from a very good stay.
Review 23:The lady in charge was very obliging throughout our stay and this was made easier by her good knowledge of English. She was very good.
Review 24:There is a bus which only runs in the summer months so it is a little difficult without your own transport.
Review 25:The owner was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. As we did not take our own car this time she ran us into the town every day. Also a good selection for the continental breakfast, which changed every day.
Review 26:No tv in room but a communal one available. It was peaceful though and didn't miss it at all. Need transport as cabs to Poperinge or Watou expensive as no food nearby although there's a small kitchen area and microwave.
Review 27:Guido and Rita brilliant. Help with visiting sites. Great breakfast. Bar area with great local beers.
Review 28:nothing
Review 29:We loved the hospitality. Rita was very friendly and helpful. We rented the bikes which were in great condition and biked to Westvletern which was a flat 5 mile ride away. We also took advantage of the complimentary beer. The breakfast was filling and we had a great sleep. Would stay again if we go back to Poperinge.
