Review 1：Parking seems very limited, and the location of the hotel is in a sketchy area.

Review 2：The room was very spacious and it was nice to have a big bathroom and kitchenette.

Review 3：I was at the front of the hotel and heard the traffic all night. I tried to charge my phone and the only plug was in the bathroom and it did not work. I was told that I could watch Netflex and when I tried to put it on the screen said there was no Wi-Fi connection which was also something that they said was available.

Review 4：The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable.

Review 5：the front appearance of the hotel needs updating and the grass and weeds attended to. the front door was broken the day after we arrived. The girl at the front desk needs to dress a little more professional example: not a low cut top and not too much black make up. The halls were very dismal and the need more light. the room when we entered had a funny musty smell there was no screen on our window A lot of noise coming from upstairs, not sure if it was residents staying at the hotel??

Review 7：Too many things to mention. Too old. No parking . No heat control. Paper thin walls. No amenities. Less than 20 tv channels. Room smelled like cigarettes. This is a poorly renovated nursing home. Basically it's a rooming house bring advertised as a hotel.

Review 20：Driving by you might miss it a couple of times, and don't think much of it, but boy are you wrong. Rooms are nice and clean, they offer a refreshment table all day and night, host is very accommodating.

Review 27：The bed was uncomfortable. We could not open our bedroom window, as there was no screen on the window. Shower curtain was dirty. No TV service, only Netflix.

Review 28：Netflix does not replace television. We had to get our news from my iPhone and the newspaper at Starbucks. Perhaps a newspaper in the lobby would be nice. Need a hand railing up the steps in the front for challenged people. A few brochures with places of interest would have helped entertain us. We walked up and got them from the Holiday Inn. It isn't two blocks from downtown. Depending on how you count blocks, it's more like 2 miles or more. The office is seldom open. It wasn't especially a problem. We just had to come back instead of going forward. Suggestion for the city of Windsor: Parking passes through the hotel for public parking would save the problem of having Canadian change to put in the meters. Paying a fee for the few days we were there would have been great and made the city money. It could be restricted to certain hours of the day so as not to interfere city needs.

Review 30：Everything we requested was given with pleasure. It was clear they pride themselves of customer satisfaction. Perfect example was when we arrived late on the Saturday night after being at a festival to be greeted at the front door by the owner holding 3 bottles of water for us. Truly a legend.

Review 31：Seemed a little unprofessional. We paid wirh cash and there was no cash register she had to go grab her wallet to find us change. There was supposed to be Netflix in all rooms but our room did not have this. We were told we could park in spaces by the hotel but when we returned from the wedding our space was taken. Walls were very thin and there were metal stairs right outside our window that people were going up and down all night so I didn't sleep well.

Review 44：The pictures on the site looked nothing like the room I stayed in. The room was freezing cold with only a tiny portable heater to use. The bed had a very thin blanket on it. There were people upstairs banging around at 2am and after several complaints it finally stopped after 4am. I got zero sleep because of it. People were standing outside my room between 2-4am having loud conversations because the coffee and water table was in an extremely stupid spot.

Review 71：Everything was great. The front desk was cheerful and helpful upon arrival. Rooms were clean and updated with super comfortable beds. The free wi-fi actually works. Location was nice, walking distance to downtown strip and the price was hard to beat excellent value for sure I'll be staying there again!

(As a former construction worker) Some shoddy construction e.g. plug behind wall and comes through wall to outlet, carpeting edges visible, uneven tiling, squeaky floors, thin walls etc. No alarm/clock radio in room. There is no parking lot. Lot in rear is library only (enforced) and the closest lot is a short jaunt (Next to Fireman's Bar) and is $1 CAD per hour but is free after 6PM on weekends, if I remember correctly.

Review 73：Friendliness of owner/staff. How well they're doing in first month of operation. 24/7 service (They were at the front desk when we got back from the bars). The B&B feel. Amenities rival that of chain hotels at a lower price. Very clean. No room keys/cards - each room has a re-programmable entry lock that you can set your own 4 digit code to. Large flat screens in each room - ours had Netflix but the other room did not.

The amount of noise you could hear in the hallway was annoying, there was constantly a sound of what sounded like a door shutting. The curtains in the room could be heavier. When trying to sleep it was really bright in the room because of the building next door having a huge light on all night. There should be clarification of where to park. Going there I had no idea where I was supposed to park and when I asked the description was vague so I had to have the gentleman show me where.
