Review 1：Spa open from 10 AM to 9 PM , however after 8 PM may be difficult to find something still warm. We choose this hotel for this commodity and were disapointed

Review 6：A bit noisy because of the ship construction area. Not possible to open the windows - you either sleep with AC on (not nice at all), or you are sweating all the night.

Review 7：Incredible bad internet connection (not protected and obviously the whole neighborhood is using this). On top of this large travel groups in the hotel. Staff reluctant to start with the breakfast, as if it were a state-owned hotel.

Review 9：Bad service at the reception. The girl who checked us in was unpolite and rude. We did not get answers to any simple tourist questions and felt ourselves unwelcomed. The water in the toilet ran all the time, so we had to swith it off manually. To top it all, we did not understand why the hotel is called "Aqua" as they don't have any swimming pool and the spa service was based just on the few basic massage options ..

Review 12：We booked half-lux, but hotel gave us apartments. Good breakfast. Extra wide bed in apartments. We slept with child and there was enough place for someone else.

Review 13：They had a party at the hotel, the toilet wasn't cleaned in my room when I first arrived, the water in the shower smelled like chlorine, the breakfast was terrible and the staff was really rude.

Review 15：I recommend this hotel and have stayed here on every visit to Varna. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and of a good standard. The staff are very efficient. Beautiful spacious room and huge bed if you choose a suite!

Review 16：the lobby bar shuts much to early 10 pm ,after a day working or sight seeing its nice to relax in the lobby bar,not to be in your room ready for bed at 10 pm.

Review 17：Hotel theme colour was blue, including light shades in room which meant the room was not light enough. Convenient for station, but walk up to city centre was through street that weren't well lit at night.

Review 21：Let me make a list for you: 1. The room was filthy. Beds, carpet, shower, dirt everywhere. 2. The room was dissapointing for a 4-star hotel (I assume that's how I'm supposed to judge it). It had really old furniture and it looked more like a prison than a hotel room. 3. The staff. The girl on the night shift didn't even bother to greet us, when we said 'Hi'. And when we arrived, the luggage person just stood there watching us. 4. Our room didn't even have toilet paper and when we called and asked for it, they gave us an obvisously used roll!! I have stayed in 2-star hotels that are way better than this disgrace. Seriously dissapointing.

Review 26：Everything was perfect during my 3 days stay. Room was sanitary clean and comfortable as well as noise isolated. The quality of food was excellent,same goes for the variety. All staff members are friendly and always willing to help. Dido and the female receptionist that checked me in and was a night shift on 13.08 are real professionalists. One thing I know for sure,if I am going to Varna again I won't be looking for hotels to stay. Because Aqua Hotel will be my choice without hesitation.

Review 27：The receptionists are in need of some training to be more cmmunicative and welcoming. I guess it is part of the Bulgarian culture and way of dwaling with things so nothing to blame really.

Review 28：The hotel is located in a great place opposite the train station and only 10 minutes away from the beach. The rooms were cleaned every day and it is in the highest comfort.

Review 29：we had neighbours with loud tv all night long, then the morning after tv was loud on the other side so we realised that walls are very thin... Groups in the hotel, so not very quite ambient.

Review 31：The main advantage of the hotel is location. All things are at walking distance. The hotel stuff is very kind and polite. I had to ask for late check-out and they allowed me to stay longer without usual half night stay payment. That was awesome. Definitely, see you again.

Review 68：The internet in the room did not work. The staff restarted the router but it still did not work. The staff could be a bit nicer and smile a bit more. The location is NOT in a nice neighborhood, it is near the train station and all the buildings around look dirty and worn-down.

Review 72：1. Location - while it is only a bit off the central hotel district, it is very convenient if you are coming by car, close to key junction. The hotel provides free parking. Right next to the hotel is a good gas station (OMV). 2. Value for money - definitely excellent value for the money we paid. 3. Friendly staff - we asked for a room not overlooking the main road and we got it.

Review 73：Although breakfast was good dinner was just adequate and not hot as we would have liked. As bar was in the restaurant that finished serving at nine this did not encourage anyone to sta and drink at the bar, management might want to look at this point.

Review 77：My room lacked shampoo and basic shower products, as well as Internet at most points. Some inside hotel noises can be heard occasionally. The breakfast is various, but not particularly tasty - it is OK if you have moderate expectations from the start. The train station area is frequented by suspiciously looking people at night, so make sure to take safety precautions or taxe a taxi when returning late.

Review 78：This is a very modest hotel, ideal for a 1-2 nights sleepover. Close to the center (10 min), the Sea Garden and the main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, no noise from the outside. Make sure you try the massage offers in the hotel spa - very cheap and extremely relaxing.

You can take a city bus from the train station to the cathedral and onward to the bus station. The breakfast is good value, the supper had a large variety of Bulgarian foods.

Review 94：Location on a busy main street. The bar / restaurant closes at 10 pm, therefore it is totally false that they claim here that it is open 24 hours ! Staff in restaurant started to clear away the evening buffet at only 930 pm (even though they only close at 10 pm). Restaurant staff not particularly friendly, somebody needs to tell them to lighten up ! Breakfast very poor, 'orange juice' was just cheap orange squash.

Review 96：Requested a double bed when I booked, did not get it,despite there beinglots of available rooms at the time of booking. On entering the foyer,my wife and I could not access the stairs to the lift, due to a party ofturkish people blocking our way. They were sitting on the steps, withtheir luggage. I asked them politley to move as we wanted to use thelift. They arrogantly said no as they would be using the lift when allthere group had checked in.i said ok but as the lift is not being used Iwill use it now.this woman said I would have to wait.i told her not totell me what to do. At this the security guard came over and the turkstold hlm I was trying to cause trouble,at this the guard put his hand onhis baton and aproached my wife and I in a very aggressivemanner.however I stood my ground and told him I was going first on thelift. This I did and that was the end of the incident.i have been to theaqua numarous times but will not be going back.
