Review 1：personnel - not polite, not responsive; lunch and dinner - could be much better:; swimming pool - no life guard for 30 minutes or more: no one was taking care of kids safety around the pool!

Review 3：Rooms could definitely do with some updating - especially the bathrooms. Bit noisy around the pool with music blaring and most people seem to be there on all inclusive package deals, so had to use a separate a la carte restaurant at lunchtime and weren't allowed to eat by the pool. Could have done with more staff on the busy reception.

Review 4：Great location on the beach, a few mins drive from the pretty town of Sozopol and about 20 mins from Burgas. Plenty of watersports on the beach, lots of umbrellas and sunbeds available, lovely sandy beach and shallow water. Helpful staff, especially porter/bell boy. Breakfast plentiful.

Review 5：The beach was dirty ( full of cigarettes butts) and really busy. The people on reception were not very helpful.

Review 6：The pool was good, the childrens entertainers were lovely and put in loads of effort.

Review 7：The room and bathroom was dirty, the carpet was stained. The drain in the shower was constantantly backing up and water was all over the floor of the entire bathroom and going into the room as well. Pretty disgusting. We asked for someone to fix the problem however after 1 showering, the problem was back. Every day breakfast was the same (ample of food and choices) however you could tell that the food was warmed up from previous days. They said that the lobby had air-conditioning but I think it was turned off at all times because it was pretty stuffy inside. In my opinion this hotel is not worth 4 stars.

Review 11：We left the hotel really dissatisfied. The carpet of the room we weregiven was covered with long black hairs. The shower was leaking, thewater going directly onto the carpet of the room, which led to a veryunpleasant big spot the whole time. We mentioned this to thereceptionist, and she did not even apologise or reassure us that theissue will be fixed. After escalating this, we were given a differentroom, where the water from the shower was leaking again, but at leastthis time in the drainage in the bathroom. Forget about getting Wifi inthe room. It was often unaccessible even in the lobby or by the pool.Thankfully, we booked with breakfast only, as the quality of theproducts was really poor. Very few sunbeds by the pool, half of whichare in the shadow all day long. The website mentioned that the hotel hada shuttle, which is true, but not available after 4 pm.

Review 12：Location of the Resort is good, as long as one doesn't need to go toSozopol on a daily basis. The beach near the hotel is lovely.Entertainment staff were great.

Review 13：The entrance approach lets the resort down, quite difficult to find and access, and guard just glared at us when we arrived! For non all-inclusive guests not much provision, the a la carte restaurant seemed not to be open, maybe end of season? Beach was smelly. Slightly surprised to only be allowed one towel per room when using the spa! Drying self with paper towels and a hairdryer not great.

Review 14：Breakfast was great, Todor the restaurant manager did a great wine tasting session, staff lovely. Gardens beautiful and pool and maintenance all of a high standard. Room was of apartment type and very good. Great to have wifi in the rooms (but it didnt really work that well)

Review 15：I didn't appreciate the animators' program and the loud music at all hours, the food was bad, especially the breakfast. At check-out we had to wait because a fork was missing (that was awkward..). They let us leave when they found it. Also, at 5 in the morning all the sun beds along the pool were occupied by towels and they remained occupied all day long. So even though the pool side was almost empty you could not find an available sunbed. Didn't care too much about it because we came there to stay at the beach, to bathe in the sea...still annoying that the direction approved this kind of behaviour.

Review 18：This was our first visit to this hotel and traveling with two young children we were a bit nervous, but there was no need to be.We loved every minute of it and we wished we booked to stay longer.Our children loved the animation team.The rooms were good,cleaned daily,staff very friendly and helpful,food good and varied.There a couple of small issues but they were soon sorted. Looking into booking again for next year.

Review 25：We chose BB, insted of all inclusive, but the a la carte menu was really poor plus we had to wait for a table and for a waiter really long time. Our kid is 2 years old and had to eat either outside the hotel or french fries every lunch and dinner.

Review 26：Nice pool area for kids, the appartment was really large and comfortable, beach is exellent for kids, very friendly animators. Cleaning was ok.

Review 27：First what you feel from this place is the disastrous smell coming from the waste waters treatment plant builded at the entrance of the so called "resort and spa". The swamp nearby smells better. Of course this is part of the series of management deep problems - the staff is not trained, the food is awful, viruses and bacteria are part of the vacation, the climatisation is a mistake and the crowd is full of russians who made the mistake to buy very expensive properties and as a result all the time are agresive and gloomy. If the wather is bad you cannot do anything than to go in Sozopol to be cheated by carpark, restaurant and other kind of snatch thiefs. Durt, rubbish, mould and noise are underlying part of this place. We left earlier all of us fallen sick. This was our worst vacation ever. Never will come back again.

Review 28：The sea is near, the location is perfect for car travellers. The room is spacious enough and few of the personel was with friendly attitude. Great gardens.

Review 29：Showers in the master bedroom still not useable due to a leak. Noisy neighbours until 23:00, apparently allowed by the bylaws. Two of the nights needed earplugs - incredibly loud music from a beach night club that lasted all night. Apparently allowed by the county for a local festival

Review 30：This would be our 3rd stay in the resort. After the initial 'technical difficulties' with our reservation were dealt with had wonderful time. Located 100m off one of the best Wind Surfing bay and school on the Black Sea. Meticulously maintained lush green vegetation featuring more than 180 species of plants. Friendly staff, very clean resort. Quite a variety of food and drinks

Review 31：The hotel is more for families with younger children for many reasons. 1) The animation team only facilitated for children - activities for the children weren't interesting/unique. 2) Dinner finished at 20:30pm which is very early, and the staff would start packing things away at 20:15pm. Food was very repetitive with no themed dinner or after-dinner parties. The indoor pool is very small - more the size of a jacuzzi and the outdoor pool was very cold! The rooms were not cleaned properly everyday e.g. bed sheets were not changed; only the bathroom was cleaned everyday.

Review 32：The facilities were nice - e.g. swimming pool, quick walk to beach. We stayed late August to early September and hotel was fairly quiet. The rooms were a good size. The hotel is 3km away from the centre of Sozopol and it is hard to walk to because the roads have little or no pavements so a car or bike is preferable.

Review 33：It was sometimes very smelly..I think the smell came from the "river" close to the hotel. The bathroom in our room was not a pleasent one, it had serious mould problems and also smelled very bad. The all-inclusive was same, same and same food everyday and all the dishes with this Bulgarian spice which we didn´t like

Review 35：All-inclusive was very convenient and on the whole good. However the quality of the food was only good and not outstanding. Selection was a bit boring and very similar each evening. Breakfast could be improved with better quality cereals and bacon and sausage. The worst aspect of eating was the loud music played inside on poor speakers. Sit outside which avoids this, there is no need for music when eating, especially breakfast.

Review 36：Very nice hotel with very clean and modern room. Swimming pool is brilliant 40m long. Very close to beach which is very nice. Set up for a very relaxing and convenient holiday especially with children wanting food, drinks, ice-cream on tap (all inclusive). Hotel is pretty and attractive and more so than many of the others close by.

We could not useour balcony The walls are very thin, which is a big disadvantage withsuch high amount of young children The spa facilities are poor at best,my pregnant wife was refused treatment... The staff is not very nice tonon russian speakers. Only the bell boy was smiling and offeringservices, the rest was very timid and sometomes even rude.
