Review 1：We were just for one night, but everything was OK. Very reasonable prices at the bar (abnormal for Belgium), transfer to airport just 3,5 euros per person. Very polite receptionist, he also served us in the bar. I think Pedro was his name.

Review 2：The hotel is situated in a very remote street in an industrial area. Not very appealing. The reception of the TV channels is very bad and only few channels in other languages than French. Restaurant was closed (!). In my opinion a hotel with guests, should always have the option to provide diner. Especially in a remote area with very few good places to have diner.

Review 3：Clean comfy room and beds Friendly, helpful staff I was late for breakfast, but still I was served with a good breakfast.

Review 4：The room smelled from the toilet I think. Smell went away slowly after opening the roof window - luckily it was a warm December. Avoid the third floor if you want any view but the sky - it's a a mansard roof.

Review 22：there is no shuttle to and for the airport meaning that you have to wait a long time before the hotel sends you a taxi and it adds 2 times 3,5 € (minimum, which is about 15% to be added to the hotel fare. Last travel I did, the hotel staff did not include the taxi fare in my bill and I had to pay full fare to the taxi which was more than 15 euro! The TV in the room was terrible! The color and the lightness were awful and it was almost impossible to watch any program. The breakfast was very poor and I think it is better not to propose fried eggs than to have these terrible cold fried eggs. No unsugared and light yogurt.

Review 72：The room was small and needs to be fixed : electricity , plumber , painture etc... The female personel at the reception is not sympathetic at all. The shuddle to the airport costs 12 €. The restaurant is of poor quality and expensive . The menu is the smallest I have ever seen!

Carpet stained/dingy. The comforters (duvets) were not placed inside the duvet covers -- just left on the shelf. Since the bed linens were clean we didn't complain as we arrived very late and we were exhausted.

He gave us theoption to leave our car parked at the hotel and organized a shuttle busto take us to/from Charleroi airport, even though we did not pre-book this as a ‘special’ deal they offer. The car park is secure and foronly 25 euro for the week a much much cheaper option than leaving thecar parked at Charerloi airport which would have cost us around the 80euro mark. The receptionist even gave us a list of restaurants in thearea where we could go for a bite to eat and offered to call up to bookus a table too. Definitely worth it if you are driving in fromLuxembourg and you are on an early morning flight out.
